Now Supplements, Magnesium Glycinate with BioPerine, 180 Veg Capsules

I use this supplement to help relieve muscle soreness from working out. Especially paired with potassium, I truly believe this stuff does wonders! Usually after an intense workout, I'll be sore for a day or 2. But with this: I'll work out during the day, eat a banana after I work out, then take 2 of these at night -- my muscle soreness has been reduced at least 75%. It truly makes such a huge and noticeable difference! I generally like this brand of supplements, and this specific variety is no different. It seems to be good quality and does not create any unwanted side effects.

Great magnesium glycinate supplement. The price is affordable and NOW is a very reputable brand. Definitely contains exactly what it says it does, works well for relaxation. I take 4 pills daily. Remember to be careful with magnesium glycinate as it can amplify various medications and substances.

Not an expert on these, but have purchased a few times now and it seems to be good for us a bit more energy and more regular.

I prefer the Glycinate version of Magnesium because it is better absorbing into your system than other Magnesium versions. I use magnesium to help with getting a better sleep which it does seem to help me as I have been able to get more relaxed rest most nights. I would not say it helps in all instances, but does seem to help some. I normally use just the Glycinate version of this, but I wanted to try this with Bioperine because I have borderline BP issues and black pepper helps lower your blood pressure. This is in gel capsules unlike the regular Magnesium glycinate which is a tablet. What I didn’t realize is the daily percentage of magnesium that this has as compared to the regular glycinate version. In this case, 2 capsules are only equal to 50 percent of the daily recommended amount, meaning I would have to take 4 capsules per day, making this a 45-day supply, making this less of a deal pricewise and a bit less convenient to take daily. Compared to the 240-count glycinate only version, these are roughly the same price per tablet. There does not appear to be a 240-count w/Bioperine bottle. 4 stars

In my opinion these really work. They calm my feet and legs down at night. I guess I have restless feet.

This magnesium glycinate has made a real difference in my sleep quality. I feel more relaxed in the evenings and fall asleep faster. It’s gentle on my stomach and doesn’t cause any digestive issues. I also appreciate the clean ingredients and the trustworthy brand. Will definitely repurchase!
