Excellent quality and value for money
I've been wanting to invest in a motorcycle intercomm for a while to level up the ride outs I do with my friend and pillions, but I didn't want to spend £££ on a Sena. I bought this to try it out and it hasn't disappointed at all. Very quick to install into helmets and remove if you want to transfer them to other helmets. The sound quality is pretty good considering you're riding at 40-60mph and can have a decent chat even with ear plugs in. We had the intercom on an open channel for about 2hrs of riding and it didn't fail us at all. Only issues we had were with range a few times when we got separated from each other in traffic or had too many trees between us. But easy enough to dial back in. Issues/Cons. The pairing is a little bit fiddly and temperamental. We spent a lot of time re-pairing the devices to each other and our phones because there's no clear way of knowing if they are working properly before you get on the bikes. We did a few helmet calls to each other which didn't work, only for it to work as soon as you got on the bike. It's hit and miss and hard to work out. They could have also named the units differently so when you're pairing with your phone you can tell which T-Com unit to pair with. It just says "Tcom" "Tcom" for both of them. So it's difficult to know which one you are pairing with which person. Would also be helpful to label each unit so once their paired, you don't mix them up if you take them off for charging. Given these issues, I'd recommend you go for the newer version of this unit - with the display on them so you can get better tech feedback on what's happening with the device. This model uses sounds and lights only. A little LCD display would have been mega helpful. Overall though, really impressed by the sound quality and ease of use + value for money. Does the job perfectly at a 3rd of the price of a Sena Kit.

Great performance at a bargain price.
This is a great product that works really well. I have a BMW R 1200 GS with a sat nav that has blue tooth capabilities which was my incentive for looking for a blue tooth receiver that I could fit to my helmet in order to hear the sat nav instructions. There are lots of options on the market but many of them are very expensive at 4 to 6 times the price of this one. The unit arrived today in smart packaging and a comprehensive instruction book detailing fitting and setting up. I put the unit on charge and then installed the speakers and microphone in my helmet. Very straight forward with the speakers fitting securely and snugly, just the right length of cable for a tidy installation. The clamp fits neatly and securely and holds the unit in just the right place for easy access. Blue tooth connection was easy and the speakers give a good adjustable sound, remarkable quality considering the cost of the unit. I now have crisp, clear directions from my sat nav and I would have been very satisfied with just that. However the device also paired easily with my phone, not that I am keen on making and receiving phone calls whilst on the bike but its there and works well if needed. But there is even more in that the FM radio also works well so that is a real bonus. If you are looking for a blue tooth connection for your helmet then I recommend this one, a very reasonable price and performs well.

Works great but not easy to fit and ear pieces move
First off, bluetooth works very well. Charges quick, good battery life and decent sound. Phone calls are really clear. Great stuff. Only downsize is that the speakers dont fit very well inside the helmet and do move. Comes with four sticky pads that you stick to the inside of your helmet but these are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Pads are bot sticky, yes the speakers velcro brilliantly to the pads but the pads dont stick so useless. I found the best way is just push the speakers into the helmet and hope that the velcro on the back sticks to the helmet material. Not ideal but they do stay in place kind of, if you find yourself putting your helmet down a bit to abruptly though they will fall out. Shame as this could have been solved easily by just getting decent quality adhesive on the stickers. That said for £50 I'm happy. Does what it suppose to do

Great little unit for the money!
I tend to ride solo so my main need was to buy something I could use for listening to music without paying the big bucks for a Sena. This unit hasn't disappointed. It was very easy to install into my Shoei NXR (which comes with the headphone cut outs). I opted for the sticky pad to secure the main unit (it isn't going anywhere) as the clamps didn't seem to secure it tight enough, although this could have been my error. Speakers sit in securely with the velcro pads. The small mouth piece velcro pad not so great so I used some Gorilla tape to secure that. No real issue though. The sound quality is as expected. Decent and clear enough for what you want. It can go very loud but I prefer to be able to still hear what's going on around me. I've tested a phone call on it and it works absolutely fine. The main big button to play/stop music, change to the built in FM radio, volume etc is easy to use with gloves. Battery wise I've been on a 3 hour ride so far and it was still going when I got back. Not sure how much juice it had left in it but will test this at some point. All in all very happy with it. Being able to listen to my favourite tunes as I zip through the countryside has really added extra smiles to my rides.

Cheap, effective and very worthwhile intercom / phone link
I bought this as a tester into the world of intercoms - not so much for rider to rider but for Sat-Nav directions, phone and music. It was simple to install (I used the stick on velcro as the hard mound was obstructed by my drop down dark visor switch) and the headphones dropped into the pre-cut holes in my helmet liner. The instructions are OK, and with a little practice it's easy to use. Battery life is great, lasting all day (8-9 hours) rides. The sound is decent and the volume pretty loud, but once at 60 or so depending on your lid the wind noise will cancel a portion of the volume out - still plenty enough for getting directions but music via bluetooth or FM radio can be faint. I did have an issue with the unit which the seller has sorted without any trouble, good service. All in all a cracking bit of kit for the money!

You get what you pay for
At first I thought this was a good item, that was until I actually tested it. Theusic system on it is okay but temperamental. For example, more often than not when I select to play Spotify through my phone, I have to physically get my phone out, click play on the track and put phone away. Frustrating if I on a journey and have to pull over to put a track on. Most frustrating however is the range. It's poor. It works on line of sight but is not good enough to even manage that. If I'm riding in a group and the guy in front wearing the same unit goes around a corner, white noise. If you go through an area with a phone mast or radio equipment, white noise. These would be good on a go kart track but for motorcycling around the Cornish lanes, they aren't reliable enough nor capable of handling the corners. You can also only have two on intercom at any one time, although the manual states you can have three (and that's extremely frustrating to try and set up - we gave up).

A Worthy Purchase!
I purchased a pair of these headsets back in August 2020 to enhance my motorcycle delivery experiences, seeking a solution that would allow me to answer calls, listen to music, and, of course, easily communicate with my partner when we ride together. I am genuinely impressed with the product, especially considering its affordable price compared to more renowned brands. During the initial years of intense use, the battery delivered outstanding performance, easily lasting the full 8 hours of daily continuous use. However, after three years of daily use, I've noticed a decrease in the battery's lifespan, now extending to approximately 3 to 4 hours of continuous use. The device has become my daily companion, meeting my needs to listen to music, podcasts, and make phone calls while on the road. The sound quality is surprisingly good, providing an enjoyable experience when listening to music, even if it doesn't match professional studio headphones. The volume capability is more than sufficient, and even at high speeds, there's no need to adjust it to the maximum. A standout feature is the intercom function, which has proven extremely useful when traveling with my girlfriend on separate bikes. Even at a considerable distance, communication remains clear and reliable. Despite the inevitable decrease in battery life over time, I cannot help but recommend this headset. It's one of the best purchases I've made, offering a remarkable balance between an affordable price, satisfactory sound quality, and impressive durability. If you're in search of an effective solution for your communication and entertainment needs during motorcycle journeys, the FreedConn Motorcycle Helmet Headset is a choice worth considering.

Works with the Sena SC10U!
For the price, of this, I genuinely wasn't expecting it to be much good, considering that the prices of some other intercom systems are as much as 10 times the price of this (my Sena SC10U for my Schuberth helmet was £250, and that was in a sale!) however I figured it was worth a shot, and I'm glad I gave it a chance, because it works like a charm! I've paired it with my Sena (takes less than 30 seconds!) and been out with a friend for a ride - we had perfect comms for the entire 4 hours we were riding, including at distances where I'd completely lost sight of him. The noise reduction is impressive, if not perfect (my friend was on a Yamaha MC10, and I could tell when he was accelerating, even when he wasn't in view, just by his engine sound) but certainly good enough to have easy conversations, even at high speed. My only reservation would be with the claim of water resistance - it just doesn't look like it will repel water, and there's no gasket around the mic/headphone lead port - but if it dies in the first shower then as long as it's within 12 months it can be returned to Amazon, and if it's outside of 12 months... well if it lasts for a year at this price, then it's STILL a bargain, IMHO! **Update Dec 2019: has braved a few rain showers and still going strong - well worth a purchase!

Buen producto
Buen producto, y buena relación calidad precio.
