Perfect Temperature

Perhaps I’m a sad sad woman, but I can’t overstate how much I love my new kettle. It’s comfy, efficient and good looking. I drink a lot of herbal teas and green teas and I love I can have different temperatures. It’s also relatively quiet. Pour is very secure and you don’t burn yourself. Refill if extremely easy. To me, it has no faults, though it does feel like a bit of a luxury. Glad I got it on sale.

Excellent Kettle. The display makes it easy to use, it is well built and very sturdy on the base, even when full with water. The kettle handle makes it easy to grip and hold steady while pouring. It heats fast, even to boiling and holds the heat as described. The easy ability to heat water to a specific temperature is a game changer and used it for a number of other uses not just hot drinks. Ninja is a quality brand, looks great and you know the features of it are always going to meet expectations.

I absolutely love this kettle It boils so quick and has so many temperature control settings. It looks nice and is solid not heavy at all and it dont move around like my last one. This was half price whe i got it glad i got it.

Fabulous kettle. Ninja never fails to disappoint. Great build quality and easy to descale and clean. Lots of options for temperatures, but have found we tend to use the highest for most drinks. Noise level is quite high aswell as the beep when switching it on, but after a few days you tend to not notice as much. It does boil quickly though.

I really like this kettle. It's lightweight and well made. The materials are solid and its looks smart on the work surface. The lids closes securely and is operated by a button on the handle. The black colour looks slick and it stays clean - it doesn't show up water marks easily and doesn't take a lot of cleaning. It's not got the biggest capacity, but that isn't aN issue for me, but if you have a larger household, you might want to consider something larger. The different temperatures settings are really useful, and the keep warm function is a bit of a game changer; no more re-boiling the kettle if you get tied up with something and miss it the first time round, this all combines to make a versatile little unit. The material choice is good and the copper/brass coloured accents look great against the black. It's stable on the base and doesn't feel like it is going to tip over easily. The first unit I was sent was faulty and after around 3 weeks, it wouldn't turn on. This was really quickly sorted out by Ninja's customer service team who sent out a replacement really quickly. One star removed for the issue, but added back in for the speed and effectiveness of the customer service.

I bought this kettle on sale, as I’d had my eye on it for a while, and I’m very happy with it overall. I’ve had it for about a week and a half now, and we use it several times a day. It’s fairly quiet while boiling (or maybe just much quieter than my previous kettle!). I really like that you can set the exact temperature you want the water to reach, that’s a great feature. However, the water cools down quite quickly once heated. If you don’t use it straight away, the temperature can drop by about 10°C within just a couple of minutes. For that reason, it’s best to use the “Hold” button if you know you won’t use the water immediately. It reheats the water to the selected temperature every so often for about 30 minutes. That said, this could probably be achieved with a simple reheat option, and the kettle would be more energy-efficient if it retained heat better instead of constantly reheating. Overall, I’m glad I bought it on sale, at full price, I’d probably be disappointed with its heat retention. But it’s still a stylish, quiet, and very convenient kettle.

After visiting my sister and seeing the ninja doing the job of heating water at different temperatures and being able to keep the water hot for my next cuppa for upto half an hour I knew I had to buy one. It's absolutely fabulous and easy to use. It's quieter than my other kettles and it doesn't take long to come to temperature. It's an ideal size and the lid is just a push button. I like the occasional fruit tea and it has the option of various temperatures for whatever drink you're making, it's also ideal for doing a baby's bottle because of the different temperature choices. I love it!

Positives: It's a kettle and it boils water. We generally use two buttons, Coffee (which heats to 95c) and Boil (for black tea) which heats to 100c. The kettle shows you the temp at all times which we've found handy. I was always guilty of boiling a kettle, leaving it for two minutes as I was doing something else, then coming back and boiling it again before pouring. Because you can see the temperature, and you can see that it's 98c, it's giving assurance that the water is still hot enough (for us) to use for tea, rather than an extra boil and energy waste. The design of the kettle is nice, the base works well and the pourer on the kettle is very nice. Easy to push open the lid to fill, and the 'circle' to close the lid is also nice. Negative: This is completely going to sound like a "first world problem" which it absolutely is. We've had a family meeting about this issue and we all agree - we don't know why, but it annoys us all..... If you have any Ninja, be it an air fryer or a 'foodie' you'll be familiar with the three beep tune it plays to you, when you switch it on, when you open the lid, when you switch it off. It's part of the product. They use that same three note 'tune' on the kettle. So when you switch on the kettle, you get the beep, you press start, you get the beep, when the water reaches temperature, you get the beep. I can't explain how annoying the beep becomes - and it's not like the 'foodie' ever did anything to warrant the reaction, but we all feel the same - we want to tell the beep to *@~# )~£!! All in all a good kettle, but if there was an alternative brand, which didn't have the beep and had the same functions - I'd recommend you go for that. If you do go for this, you have been suitably warned :)

Nice kettle, some extras and pours brilliantly. But be aware it does interfere badly with radios close by.

Beautiful kettle. Would have been better with an Australian power plug. Fortunately I had an adapter from English to Australian.

Love the kettle BUT it shipped to Australia with a UK power plug !!!!
