Wish it wasn't so impossible to get this in the UNSALTED version. I use unsalted when cooking for elderly in-laws. Also, allow our kitties a little unsalted only, chicken broth/ stock occasionally as a treat. However, 35% less sodium is flavorful for stir fries, soups/ stews, gravies, etc. Useful when home made/ canned is exhausted.
