The sugar content is good, it dissolves very fast and its hydrating. The important one is flavor, does it taste good? It's ok, not horrible but it'll make you feel good thats all that matters. It Electrolytes and it does it job. Price wasnt too bad but there are better priced out there. I do like the brand though, they have good quality products that makes me wanna everything they offer. I wish it wasnt a spoon to measure, i wish it was a bendable spoon or something.

I went with a different brand my first time. It was alright, but there was a weird sweetness to it that wasnt great. Nutricost hit the mark. If you love grape koolaid, you are going to love this. A nice, tart grape flavor. It has no weird fake sweetener tastes. Keeps my hydrated. Dissolves much better than the other brand(which was chalky at the end). No ill effects from it. Going to be a staple from now on

I have been on an animal based diet for a year and some change now, and have used several electrolyte products to keep my numbers up while being in a ketosis state. They have been pricey, THIS PRODUCT has been perfect!!! They are priced exceptionally well! And the taste is great. My personal favorite is the watermelon. It being sweetened with stevia is nice and doesn’t leave an aftertaste. If you’re looking for a reliable, great tasting and well priced electrolyte supplement- this is your best bet!!!

I wanted to try different flavors so I wouldn't get bored. This one was a weaker flavor than the blue raspberry. I use a a large 22oz bottle at the gym. I found the sweet spot is around 1.5 scoops. The flavor is good. The directions say for 8-16oz of water. I figure im still saving money.

This is amazing stuff, and much cheaper than buying the single servings. Great taste, just one scoop of powder in your water, and you’re good. My sodium was low and I was having heart palpitations, electrolytes were recommended by my heart doctor and it really helps calm the heart palpitations down. Something to do with your hearts ability to conduct the electrical signals to fire correctly.

Tastes great, keeps me and my family hydrated, even helping certain ones who don't drink enough water otherwise. I'm not too picky about flavor, I don't mind the grape at all, but my buddy loathes it. The fruit punch is the star flavor. Blends well, but naturally the little bits stick around and get icky if you keep it in a bottle for too long without emptying and cleaning it out, just like any other sort of juice-thing. This doesn't even get into how nutricost is always so cost-efficient. I may LOVE the white peach from liquid IV, but I'm not splurging the bank with having this every day.

We love to have this electrolyte powder on hand for when we need more Hydration! It has a small scooper inside to add to water with clear directions for use. It smells great and tastes even better! No stomach stomach discomfort after drinking and energy level its increased!
