Following Vegan diet helped me in a way i can't describe here. Its definitely only supplement vegan should take. It fills with energy even if taken once a week and every time it's effective. I bought it for 350/2 so only around 5.8rs per tablet. Totally worth it and it has 100% daily requirement for B complex. It smells bit like medicine but this is how cobalamnie should be.

Absolutely useless product like other Patanjali products…no improvements of b complex levels in blood work post 1 month use and also giving gas and indigestion. I hope someone get this lab tested as I suspect it has some questionable ingredients which are dangerous for your health. Stay away from this crap
