Q: Can you remove the beads?

It comes with the beads off and spool of twine that you have to do yourself. I couldn't get the beads on the twine.

Q: Does the stopper prevent spillage filled with fragrance in mailing?

Hello dear customer, Thank you for your interest in our glass diffuser bottles. The bottles are empty, they are not filled with liquid gragrance. If you fill liquid fragrance in the bottles, the stoppers can prevent the spillage but we are not sure whether the liquid will coming out during mailing.
