This really helps me have energy. I started taking them just when I found out I was gluten intolerant. Stated with 2 as on the label. As I got better with gluten free, I cut it to 1, now, I take 1 every 2 or 3 days. If I take it every day, I wake up too early

They work!
My daughter's B12 levels were low, so her doctor told me to get her some supplements. I decided on gummies since she's 11. I ordered these on February 17th, and she started taking them right away. We just went back for blood work a few days ago, and now her levels are totally normal! The bottle isn't even empty yet. They taste good and really work. She hasn't had any side effects. The price is also good. I totally recommend them.
