Of course, one can never honestly know what is in the pills for supplements because they are not guarded as well by the food and drug administration, but I believe what I got was a quality product at a decent price

Extracted green tea lowers iron
This is a good product . But keep watch it does lower your iron count and I went to get blood work done and was surprised my iron was low . Causing fatigue and dizzy issues. Lack of muscle strength. Take a lower amount. Of this product.

Energy and weight loss
Works well, no jittery feeling but good energy. I can't say this product is the reason, but I have lost 75 lb. (a good thing, I was over weight) and the start of the weight loss lines up with the first week of taking theses. One in the am when waking the another about 1:30 and I keep good energy levels and appetite stays controlled. Once again I can't say definitely that this product is contributing to appetite and weight benefits but the timing strongly suggest it at least helps.

I felt nothing, it did nothing. Not buying again. Not what I expected. But it could be different for you. Easy to swallow. Good size. Just not for me.
