Avlon Ferm Moisture Retainer
Really good product I have a body wave perm and found this product used after washing keeps maintains the curls/waves & moisture without being too heavy. My mum uses it now and she has naturally curly hair, mixed Caribbean & Indian hair type.

Great moisturiser for afro hair
The price makes me weep a little but what can you do. The product itself works well for deeply moisturising my hair especially the ends that get very dry. I have naturally curly hair (mixed race afro/english). I use this product on damp hair after washing, a little goes a long way, if you put too much in your hair it will never soak it up. It's best to put a bit in and then if your hair drinks it all up apply a bit more. I'll usually apply a bit more to the ends the next day but after that I stick to my usual hair products which are lighter and won't clog my hair up and keep my girls light and bouncy.

Good moisturiser - not so great with natural products
Although not so bad on it's own, this product didn't work so well in conjunction with my other more natural hair products. I found it had to be one or the other unfortunately. Also left my hair feeling a little sticky and product laden - though in fairness not so much when I only used it alone or with the Avlon spray. In the words of Bono 'still haven't found what I'm looking for' -sigh.

Frizz no more 😊
I was recommended this product and thought might as well give it a try as I have used many products in my hair over the years. I am mixed race with thick, soft but very curly hair which tends to be frizzy. I have used this for a few weeks not and frizz is a thing of the past. I have baught the moisturising aqualizer and stylox gel. They all work well together and I do not need to use it every day. This is now my first choice hair care.
