I bought the starter pack as I wasn’t sure what size my nostrils would be. I have a deviated septum and very often I can’t breathe through my nose properly and I’ve became used to this over the years. However my snoring at night has caused issues with my wife and I with her losing sleep over it for years now and it’s caused me to need to sleep on the couch multiple times. First time using them and my life has improved for several reason! I can breathe properly again as normal, I don’t snore at night nearly half as much as is used to, I sleep most of the night and wake up feeling more refreshed and energetic and it’s improved the sleep quality for my wife. She even tried the size medium and she had great results too but thought that she would need the small size, so I’ve just bought the 3 pack of small ones for us both to use going forward. I sleep with it in every night now for the last 2-3 weeks and I feel the downside if I fall asleep without putting it in. They can be ever so slightly uncomfortable, but are by no means invasive or too hard. The only time that you may feel pain is in the morning after wearing them all night, but once you take them out in the morning it just goes back to normal and you can carry on with your day. I’m so glad I found these and they are so worth the money for the increase in quality of life.

Wow, this is really, really good. Dropped a star purely due to the unaffordable price. But this is a very effective product. I have a deviated septum, and intrinsic rhinitis, which has caused me so much trouble sleeping with snoring, and has been quite debilitating at times. I had given up on finding anything that could help. As soon as you fit the clip you can feel the increased air flow. And testing it, I could hardly force a snoring sound as soon as I fitted it, which is amazing. I have slept much better since using this. One day I was quite congested as well, which maybe defeated it slightly, but I think it still helped reduce the impact of that even then. I found the middle one was the best size for me, and you can adjust the rings bigger too if you need to. Once fitted it stays in place all night just fine. I would highly recommend, but would be good if more affordable.

I tried all three sizes, at first they sit comfortably, then progressively become more and more painful and irritating as wear goes on. No matter which size, or how much I adjusted the rings, it always started to hurt, and if I yawned REALLY painfully pressed against the hoops. I woke up this morning with blood in my nose and decided I'd given it more than enough chances. I've tried a different nasal dilator, which instead of how Mute works, it opens the nostrils using expanders in the opposite direction. This doesn't hurt at all, but unfortunately sticks out a bit in comparison. I strongly recommend anyone who finds Mute painful like I did to try another type of device, as they do improve the quality of breathing when you find the right one for you.

I've been sticking this thing up my nose for a few days. No noticeable improvements. Mostly a nose irritation in my case.

As a deviated septum sufferer this has been a revolution, they are a little uncomfortable in the beginning but then anything shoved into your nasal opening is not going to be super comfortable so its win some lose some - BUT overall very happy with the way it does keep open the nasal cavity when sleeping. Now its a just a regular part of bedtime routine and im used to it now. ONLY real issue is the cost - wowo £16 for 3x rubbery things is not great value for money but for the benefit of sleeping better its worth it.

These we’re comfortable enough to wear (even with a septum piercing), and I did feel like I could breathe easier through the nose. However it made no difference to my snoring.

Malheureusement, je ne le garde pas toujours toute la nuit, mais je ne sais pas s'il tombe tout seul ou si c'est moi qui l'enlève pendant la nuit dans mon sommeil. Je recommande cependant ce produit sans aucune hésitation.

Semplicemente spettacolare. Io lo uso per una migliore respirazione notturna a causa del setto nasale stretto. Ne ho provati svariati e questo funziona veramente bene. Io sono anni che ne uso quindi l'ho travato comodo fin da subito, altri ci si dovranno abituare, ma è normale. Non si muove minimamente durante la notte, nemmeno sbadigliando. Estremamente soddisfatto.

Muy buen producto. Yo no ronco (o eso creo) pero durante la noche me cuesta trabajo respirar por algún tipo de alergia, lo cual me hace despertarme de noche y no descansar al 100%. Con este producto he podido dormir muy bien sin interrupciones. Lo único es que no estoy seguro de que dure 10 noches cada uno... anoche ya se me desprendio. Aun asi, vale la pena.

I bought almost all the nasal dilation products out there, this by far is the best one and the most well made for daily use. I tried the magnets and the straps and other products that go inside the nose, but nothing did the job like this one.
