It is a product for adults willing to take a chance with their lives.. I find these almost impossible to swallow, mainly due to the large size (about 1 cm in diameter x 4 mm thick) and the poor quality of the coating which dissolves instantly in water. So you put the tablet in your mouth, and it's stuck, u need some water..take a bit of water and if you are lucky it goes down with the first gulp. If it doesn't you better spit it out and try another, repeating with more water makes the coating swell and it becomes more and more difficult to swallow it. I am writing such a long review because I am terribly displeased with the product, having just spent 10-15 minutes on the floor panicking with one of these stuck in my throat. [I have now resorted to crushing them as I still try and can't swallow them, ending up having to throw some away]
