I love this stainless steel coffee maker pot that can brew 30 cups of coffee easily and keeps them hot until turned off. It's also very simple and easy to use the built-in spigot for quick and spill-free dispensing of coffee. I use it to brew the coffee in the morning for the workers that are working on my house renovation and they can come back to get more hot coffee anytime of the day. It's also great way to keep hot water during the winter for any tea lovers or even for instant cup noodles so you don't have to boil the water. This commercial grade material and parts will stand the time and many uses. The size and capacity is just right without being too big yet providing ample amount of hot water or coffee. Great value for its size and quality. Highly recommend it!

We have really enjoyed this coffee pot. We have a large family of coffee drinkers, and this has been perfect for Sunday breakfasts! Hot coffee on demand for whenever anyone needs a cup. It makes entertaining easy as well. Our unit did stop properly brewing after a few months, but SYBO customer service was excellent-walking us through trouble shooting and replacing the whole unit when none of those worked. Contacting them was easy, and they responded quickly!

This item SUCKS. It does not work properly. I've been making coffee for over 50 years and this the worst (non) coffee maker.

This commercial-grade stainless steel percolator coffee and hot water urn has been put through its paces at a variety of events, including family reunions, workplace meetings, and weekend brunches, and the results have continuously surpassed my expectations. I came to enjoy how naturally the machine walked me through the brewing process from the minute I first filled its spacious 3.5 L capacity with water and coffee grounds. It was able to give up to thirty cups of freshly percolated coffee that were properly hot without requiring any guessing or frantic monitoring on my part. It was a fairly simple process to set up the urn for a breakfast that was served to sixteen people in the workplace. Simply securing the internal coffee basket, pouring in my favorite medium-roast grounds, and locking the top into place with a pleasing click were all that was required of me. As soon as the power indication light came on, I was able to leave the urn and begin preparing breakfast burritos, secure in the knowledge that the thermostat that was built into the urn would take care of maintaining the appropriate temperature for brewing. I was able to concentrate on meeting coworkers and arranging pastries because of the hands-off dependability of the appliance, which relieved me from the obligation of anxiously watching over stovetops or kettles.

The first one I received dripped from the spigot. It was a very slow drip but I could not see keeping it. I sent it back and ordered another the same. Much better. No drips. however it is quite noisy and it reperks when heating up again after sitting awhile. Makes good coffee and overall I am happy.

This coffee urn has completely transformed our Sunday fellowship hour at church! Been using it weekly for about 2 months now and it's handled our congregation of 75+ coffee lovers without breaking a sweat. The brewing speed is impressive - makes 40 cups in just about 30 minutes which gives me plenty of time to set up before everyone arrives. The stainless steel construction feels really solid compared to our old plastic-bodied urn that was starting to look pretty beat up. So far no dents or scratches despite being hauled around and set up by different volunteers each week. The internal water level markings are actually useful - sounds basic but our previous urn had markings that wore off after a few months making it a guessing game. The spigot has a nice steady flow without dripping or leaking which was a constant issue with our last urn (and the reason for many coffee puddles on our fellowship hall floor!). One minor drawback is that it's fairly heavy when full, which can be challenging for some of our older volunteers to move. Also noticed that the first batch of coffee after cleaning sometimes has a slight metallic taste, but running a water-only cycle before brewing coffee solves this. The no-paper-filter design is convenient and environmentally friendly though it does mean a bit more cleanup afterwards. The heating element keeps coffee at the perfect temperature throughout our 2-hour fellowship time without burning it. Cleaning is straightforward too - just make sure to dry thoroughly to prevent water spots on the stainless steel. If your looking for a reliable coffee maker for large groups or events, this commercial urn is definately worth the investment!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This 50-cup coffee urn is the perfect size for making my large batches of brew for my iced coffee. The coffee always tastes great. And the SYBO customer service is very good. I had an issue with my urn and the customer service rep on the phone was very pleasant, even on a Monday morning, and the support staff took care of my issue within just a few hours. You can try them out and know if there is a problem, they will assist and take care of the problem.

I bought this and it has rust stains at the bottom… not impressed . I used it very few times…

This product is not working properly. I have been using it for one month and although I put the coffee grinds it still pours out water from the spout. And the taste of the coffee is very watery and different .
