I really enjoy these little things. They have an outer shell that kinda pops when you bite into it. The are similar to garbanzo beans. No need to cook these, just pop them right in your mouth. It's a healthy snack option with a decent sodium content. The beans have a smooth texture and the amount that you get is a good value. Overall, this is a good quality snack.

Portable protein snack
FYI, these beans are not crunchy- they have an outer shell part that makes it firm to bite into, and it's less like cooked beans and more like edamame. Not bad, even though I prefer crunchy snacks. The flavor is zesty but not overwhelming, subtle enough to pair with any kind of salad or eat straight out the bag IMO.

High protein and High Fiber snack
I love all of these beans and is great for vegans. Good natural protein snack with fiber. This is my favorite flavor, but I love them all.
