Compré esta HP 255 G10 principalmente para trabajo y para algunas tareas de estudio en casa, y la verdad me ha sorprendido bastante para bien. Desde el primer momento se siente como una laptop rápida y confiable para el uso diario. El procesador Ryzen 7 junto con los 16 GB de RAM hacen que todo funcione muy fluido. Puedo tener varias aplicaciones abiertas al mismo tiempo —navegador con muchas pestañas, documentos, videollamadas y algunas herramientas de trabajo— y la computadora sigue respondiendo sin problemas. El SSD también ayuda mucho porque todo arranca rápido, tanto el sistema como los programas. La pantalla de 15.6 pulgadas Full HD es cómoda para trabajar varias horas. Los textos se ven claros y el tamaño es ideal para productividad. También me gusta que tenga teclado numérico, algo que uso bastante cuando trabajo con números o hojas de cálculo. Otra cosa positiva es que viene con Windows 11 Pro y Wi-Fi 6, así que la conexión es rápida y estable. La configuración inicial fue sencilla y en poco tiempo ya estaba lista para usar. En general es una laptop muy equilibrada: buen rendimiento, buena capacidad de almacenamiento y suficiente potencia para trabajo, estudio y uso diario. Hasta ahora estoy muy satisfecho con la compra.

Very pleased with this purchase
Very pleased with this purchase. I love that it is very light. I do not need the laptop for heavy usage, because I have a similar one for work. The work laptop is HP G9 with Intel i7. This laptop is much better than my work laptop. This one works well for me. And the price point is reasonable given the fact that I only use personal laptop for light use.

I will never buy another HP
Worst computer I have ever had. If I could give it zero stars I would. I use it primarily for school (masters program) and it already freezes all the time after less than two months of use. I keeps trying to force me to buy microsoft products. I had my last HP laptop for about 7 years until it got the black screen of death but I doubt this one will last even a year. The casing already looks like it's separating. It is so cheaply built.

Pésimo vendedor, nunca emitió una factura CFDI, siendo su obligación fiscal hacerla. Enviaba links que no funcionaban para generar la factura. No devolví el producto porque la computadora si era la que esperaba. Reporte al vendedor con Amazon y sigo esperando solución.
