I got this because I think mushrooms are beneficial for me especially with regards to cognitive health and immunity health. I also think we are just beginning to scratch the surface of what all mushrooms may be able to help with healthwise. They have been studied for decades and just here recently it was found that ergothioneine ( an amino acid discovered in 1909 found in some mushrooms such as oyster, shitake, Reshi, and Lions Mane) appears to be beneficial to the mitochondria. It has also been noted that the body possibly utilizes this amino acid for use with DNA protection as well but does so in a manner that would seem to indicate the body prioritizes it as if it were special and/or hard to come by. This as well as other possibly beneficial ingredients are found in some mushrooms and others not so much. But other ingredients are found in the other mushrooms but in the others (mushrooms) not so much if any at all. Simply said each mushroom is kinda unique with what it may offer. That's why I like a blend like this that has a wide variety of mushrooms available in it. I would hate to think it was discovered that 'Mushroom A' had an very beneficial health aspect but that I had been taking 'Mushroom B' all my life. And that's another thing I like with this brand in that every mushroom other than Lions Mane was given close to equal treatment dosage wise ranging from 50 mgs to 20 mgs. And that's with just 1 cap which I really like too. I personally do not notice much or anything when taking mushroom supplements this brand included. But knowing that they contain certain ingredients that do that which they do in many studies gives me confidence that I may be helping my health. More so with helping as I get older to possibly offer protection against future health risk. And that's why I take mushroom supplements like this one. This states on the bottle it is third party certified and it also states lab tested. I am not sure if that can mean 'Third Party Lab Tested' and I was unable to verify that specifically. These caplets are a little big. I definitely take the time to drink a lot of water so I don't feel them going down. They are well made in the caplet can be taken apart And dumped into my shake. When I did that. It has a earthy taste to it but nothing too bad. For the most part I really enjoy taking mushroom products to get that nice back to nature feeling. The suggested dosage on the package says two cap lights and that's what I stick with per day. This comes in a two pack and it is well worth the money. This will last 2 months.

I'm a fan of Lions Mane after having good results in the past with it. I had heard that these other mushrooms were additionally beneficial so I wanted to give this complex a try. Pros: I do feel the mental clarity I typically get from Lions Mane, but also found myself with a bit more pep. This is a 120 day supply so this should last me 4 months. I appreciate that the dosage is only one pill. 3 year shelf life. Vegan. Non GMO. Lab tested. Good manufacturing certified according to the bottle which makes me feel a heck of a lot better about what I'm putting into my body. I had no issue with these on my stomach. Cons: These are a little larger and may be difficult for some to swallow. I had no issue myself. It's still early in me taking these pills, but I find that they improve my mental clarity and mentality as Lions Mane does, but additionally feel a big more energetic making these an improvement over my regular powdered Lions Mane in my morning coffee.
