Classic quality stapler. No, it's not as solid as the ones decades ago, but it works. Easy to change the staples too. Nice value too. It works great for home/home office or light commercial use.

This is what I wanted the past two times I ordered a stapler. The others were too light. I don't use them that much. They should have lasted longer! This one is a little heavier and will staple more pages at once. I recommend it.

If you’re like me you have some old Swingline or Novus staplers inherited from a previous age. They’re all metal, built like tanks, but starting to get a little rust on them, maybe the springs are wearing out. So you buy a new basic stapler: this Bostitch stapler, and in its construction you can see the story of late 20th century American manufacturing trends writ large. Gone is all the metal. Only the magazine and crimp plate are still made of metal, and probably aluminum at that. The whole thing weighs nothing. It’s a dramatic difference side by side with the old ones. But it works. The old staplers would successfully stick a staple every third attempt, but this staples every single time, flawlessly. No jams. What else could one reasonably ask?
