only for picatinny rails
very well made. built like a tank. Packaging is very attractive & high class. Weight is just right, not too heavy or light, thickness is just right for heavy use. Design is traditional, not fancy or trying to be "tacticool". Durability can compete with overpriced "steel" or "tactical" rings made by others. Machining was clean and surfaces are smooth. Matte black finish is really nice. Worth the money for value.

Solid rings
Hesitant at first, I've become a big Monstrum fan. Very solid, beefy rings. I had a scope that was sliding in another set of rings when properly tortured. These hold, are a great deal. I have them on several rifles so far, am replacing others with these, and will stick to this model.

Perfect for my application.
I use these on my Saiga AK chambered in .308 with a 16" barrel.The recoil on this rifle is pretty stout, as in a "Mule Kick". The scope mount is a BO 02 side low mount and a pic. rail. Scope is a Nikon 3X9X40. I was told to use these rings by a fellow shooter as they are great quality and will hold up to the stout recoil. They have been flawless so far.

Best Bang For Your Buck!
These are the best scope rings for me. I shoot springer air rifles that cause some of the worst type of recoil on my scopes. These rings with their 6 screws per ring and the picatinny mount keep my scope in place without worry of scope movement or loosening. Far from being the most expensive, you get the best bang for your buck with these rings. That's all I ask of any accessory that I add to my guns.

Lug too wide for my Weaver rails
For the money, these are solid mounts. There is a problem, however. The description says the lug will work with 1913 and Weaver mounts. That is not accurate. I put these on a bolt action rifle with actual Weaver mounts (circa 1991). The lug was too wide. Luckily, I'm pretty good with a Dremel. Shaved the lug down, worked like a charm. Otherwise, they mount solid, and with 6 screws per clamp, lock the scope in tight.

Surprisingly good quality
For the price these are surprisingly nice. I've been impressed by the monsterum stuff. I really like the scope caps too.
