I honestly didn’t expect to love this as much as I do, but this vacuum mop has completely changed how I clean my floors. I have tile and kids/pets, so I’m constantly dealing with messes and this handles both wet and dry cleanup so easily. The lie flat feature is a game changer. I can actually get all the way under my couch without having to move furniture, which is something I’ve never been able to do with other cleaners. It still has strong suction even when it’s flat, which surprised me. Speaking of suction, it’s really powerful. It picks up everything- dust, crumbs, spills in one pass, and I don’t have to keep going over the same spot. The edges and corners get clean too, which is usually where dirt builds up the most. The self-cleaning function might be my favorite part. It uses hot water and actually dries the brush, so I don’t have to deal with gross, wet rollers sitting around. It makes the whole process feel way more hygienic and low effort. Another thing I noticed is how well it handles hair. It doesn’t get tangled up like other vacuums I’ve had, and the dual rotation really does make a difference. Overall, this feels like one of those products that actually delivers on what it promises. It saves time, cleans better, and makes the whole process easier. Definitely worth it if you have hard floors and want something efficient and low maintenance.

I’ve had this for about 3 months, I have multiple little kids under the age of 8 and a golden retriever, and our backyard is dirt. We just install new tile but it is dark and shows EVERYTHING, and finding the time to keep it clean was beginning to feel like a never ending chore/nightmare. This thing is worth it and it works! I do have some tips for those who said it leaves streaking, so check that out below. I would have maybe given it 4.5 stars because I feel the cleaning solution could be a little stronger, but it is still so effective I don’t think it’s worth subtracting stars from the review. And my tips help that out a lot: 1. Use more soap (I found using 2-3 times the recommended amount works for us and leaves less streaking and residue. They don’t recommend using much so it doesn’t affect how quickly the bottle goes. And fortunately the refill bottle is 5x bigger than the small one that comes with the vacuum so it’s still price effective). 2. Replace the roller. Because we have such heavy duty cleaning that needs to be done, i plan to replace the roller at least every other month, although maybe I should replace it once a month I am just being cheap. Ordering replacement rollers is easy though! 3. Go over the same spot more than once. It’s like a regular mop, you can’t pass over things once and expect it to get perfectly clean. But 2-3 passes is usually sufficient. 4. Put it on the charging dock for self cleaning between rooms. Again, like a regular mop that needs rinsing every few feet, except this doesn’t need as much as that. But between cleaning rooms I’ll have it self clean, if the floors are especially dirty. And that seems to make a huge difference. 5. Occasionally when I want a deep clean, I “pre spray” the tile with Odoban tile cleaner (the blue packaged one) in an industrial spray bottle and then go over that with the Dreame. I know it says to never use another type of cleaner so this is my compromise if I want a super deep clean after I haven’t cleaned in several days. It seems to be fine, I have only done that twice though. And I have to empty the dirty water more often during the cleaning but otherwise doesn’t seem to affect the machine if I do it that way. Some other notes: battery is great. We have a 2050sqft home and even on days when I am mop vaccing everything it’s only ever gotten down to 40% so the battery lasts a great long time! If you forget to empty the dirty water tank it will start to smell. But it’s easy to empty and clean. I usually have it run the self clean cycle twice once I am completely done (again because we have so much dirt it needs to clean). It will still occasionally leave a streak, even after I have done all of this. But I think I only notice it because our tile is so dark. If it wasn’t for that I would not see it, and it leaves no residue, floors so clean and nice afterwards. Because I can use it every day, I don’t mind an occasional streak for having otherwise spotless floors! It’s worth the money in my opinion, I’m curious to see how long the life of the machine actually is with all the hard work it has to do at our house. But if it only lasted a year I would still consider it worth it for our personal sanity and home hygiene!

I recently purchased the Dreame cordless vacuum, and I’m honestly so impressed. The suction power is amazing. it picks up dust and debris with ease. What I love most is that it vacuums and mops at the same time, with normal noise level. which saves me so much time. It leaves my floors looking clean and fresh in one go without needing to go over them twice. It’s also lightweight and super easy to move around, even in tight spaces. The battery lasts long enough for me to clean my whole home. Overall, this vacuum has made cleaning so much quicker and easier for me. Definitely worth it I highly recommend it!

Man I wanted to love this and I did for about two months and then the water tank started leaking. I contacted Dreame customer service via phone. The rep was nice but not at all helpful. I was transferred to several different people and then asked to send a detailed invoice from Amazon, video and pictures of the issue, serial panel of the unit and proof I didnt use any "harsh cleaning" chemicals in the product (just gave a picture of the cleaning solution I used from R & W Co.), and finally all of my details like phone, address, etc. While I was on the phone I was also asked to do several things to the product, check seals, complete clean out all tanks and brushes and to check the joints and plastic for cracks from "ME hitting the unit too hard on furniture or walls"! The rep said they would email me a list of things I needed to try and report back to them my findings. While on the phone the rep kept trying to email me and it wouldn't go through. I finally suggested for me to email him and it worked. The instruction's to try and fix the issue were pretty detailed and 100% made the issue worse. I was told my case would be escalated to their troubleshooting team. DAYS later I received another detailed list of things I needed to do to the machine to ensure it was faulty. I guess water leaking from the clean water tank wasn't enough proof. I did these things again, took more video, placed the machine back onto the charger and as I walked away the entire main unit with the handle broke from the base of the unit (see picture). You could tell the water was coming from the front and bottom (harder to see on video) of the main unit (which I sent video proof of) and even told the technician and rep that the water was coming from there. I believe taking it apart and checking seals and all the other things made the issue worse. I then sent another video of the now totally inoperable unit to the 5 different Dreame employees I was talking to and demanded an refund or new product. It took days for a response and when I did they said they would only replace the unit (I wanted a refund) and would only do so once I properly reboxed the unit AT MY EXPENSE (shipping is paid for by them) with detailed instructions on how to properly box the unit for "inspection". I was told a week ago they would send a shipping label to me for shipment. I have yet to receive the label for shipment. At this point I have written the company and demanded an refund because I cant even get a shipping label timely! I WOULD NOT recommend buying this product not only because it seems like issues of leaking from the tank is common but also because their customer service processes are absolutely terrible and they have no care to make the issue right for the customer.

I do loves this vac/mop. it is very handy, but if you don't pre sweep or pre vacuum and clean it after every single use it can get clogged up-that's my reason for deducting one star. my least favorite part is cleaning it, I think they make it look easier than it is in the tiktoks, but it's not really difficult to clean, it's more gross and hair can get wrapped around the roller brush which is why I do recommend first sweeping or vacuuming. I was kinda hoping I wouldn't have to do that, but it Is what it is... there is no one silver bullet for life, so don't expect this to be either. the sucking power is very good, it tries to get cords and stuff that I'm not trying to pick up; which I do appreciate the suction -it does a very good job with that and the moping does well, too. my 10 yo can use it without any issues, that's one of her chores, I would recommend getting it on a Black Friday deal, I'm not sure what my husband got it for since it was a gift. There are three suction options one normal, two ultra, and three suction only -I believe that is just for liquids only. it is easy to put together, you do have to buy replacement filters and roller brush, but it does self cleaning so that does help the purchase to be not as frequent. it's speedy, value is there if you get a sale, and it is not too bulky, I just get some lysol wipes and clean around the roller. you do get an extra filter. I did have an issue when I first got it, my self cleaning was not working, I couldn't get a full refund on it if I sent it back, my options were a possible partial refund, or a replacement so I went for a replacement, I have not had any issues with the replacement. it is so handy. I do have stairs, but I don't use it on them, another reason why I will get a regular stick vacuum, just trying to decide which I need. so this is a great vac mop, I know there are a lot to choose from right now; if you find one at a decent price (250 or less) I think it would be worth it, I don't think it would be with the $500 price tag.

For me, the time saving performance has been absolutely worth the upgrade.

I also highlight its design that reclines completely, which allows you to clean under furniture easily, something that not all vacuum cleaners do. As for the battery, it lasts long enough to clean a medium-sized apartment or house without the need to recharge (about 30–35 minutes).
