DEWALT Wearable Bluetooth Speaker, Clip-On Wireless Jobsite Pro, (Yellow)

This DEWALT wearable Bluetooth speaker is great for working on the job. It’s compact and lightweight, so I can clip it on and keep working without it getting in the way. The sound is surprisingly clear and loud for such a small speaker, and the Bluetooth connection has been reliable. I use it while doing handyman work, and it’s perfect for listening to music or podcasts without having to carry around a larger speaker. The rugged design also feels like it can handle everyday jobsite use. Great little speaker and definitely worth buying.

Love this item because you can mount it on a work belt. Just make sure you check to make sure it’s still there if it’s not currently on because it’s a slippery little fellow and can pop off. I don’t think they really took their own desired function as seriously as they could have or they would have tightened the spring or made tighter ones swappable so you have to make up the difference. Other than that, it really does the job and charges back up quickly and speaks to you when you turn it on to tell you where the battery is at.

Love this little speaker! I bought a knockoff one that was the same color as the dewalt and couldn't hear it very well at our plant. My brother had the dewalt and said he could hear his fine. Thought maybe his hearing was a little better at first but I took a chance and bought the dewalt. Didn't want to spend the extra money as it is pricey imo but I'm glad I did! I can hear this little guy! I clip it on my shirt color and can listen to music or answer the phone. Can't really talk on the phone it's really loud and it's not magic lol but does what I needed it to do and lasts my 12hr shift most of the time, I'd gaurentee 10hrs with constant use of a movie or music playing. If I'm listening to movies when I first walk in 10hrs it's screaming for me to plug it in, but very faint hahaha

I bought this to have sound where I could hear it but not in my ears or in my pocket and I love it. I felt the price a bit high, but for there not being much on the market, it is better quality sound than others I have tried and the clip stays attached quite nicely. So, in the end, the value is worth it. Battery life is sufficient to get through two 5 hour sessions of music and still have a little left. I love the simple design: compact, On/Off, volume up/down. Yes, I highly recommend this little speaker for on the body personal music.

Who is this for? (1) Folks that like gadgets (2) Those that want an alternative to wearing earbuds with hear-through on (3) Those that are on the move a lot, not near a stationary speaker, and can't or don't want to wear earbuds (3) All of the above + those that listen to audiobooks, podcasts, news, etc. more than music. PROS: (1) It's small and does in fact weigh 2oz (1.8 oz). (2) The body is a mix of plastic and rubber so, at 2oz, it won't disintegrate when dropped. (3) Battery life is great so far - 8 hours straight without charging. (4) The three buttons are easy to find and use, even wearing gloves, and offer good tactile feedback. (5) It auto-connects to the last connected device which is handy. (6) Spoken audio is louder, sharper, and with a broader frequency range relative to the internal speakers on my iPhone 16 Pro. (7) the clip as so far proved to securely hold the devise to clothing. (8) The voice prompts are much more useful than audio beeps and so forth. CONS: (1) This device is advertised as "Pro Audio Sound for Music and Calls", which you should largely dismiss. Someone in marketing at DEWALT doesn't understand what Pro Audio Sound really is. Audiobooks, podcasts, news...in other words, spoken audio, sounds much better on this speaker than my iPhone 16 Pro. I consider this device great for that. "Music", on the other hand, leaves just as much to be desired as the sound capability of my iPhone 16 Pro. The lower frequency range just isn't there. Perhaps with jazz, classical, old country, or a-capella, it sounds good enough. With rock, rap, r&b, modern country, the absence of the lower frequency range makes the music unenjoyable. I suspect if you're buying a speaker this small, you understand you're not going to get high-end audio from it and are ok with that. (2) Based on all factors and the current market, and considering the lifespan of portable battery devices, this wearable speaker is objectively overpriced. Other wearable bluetooth speakers on the market with very similar design and functionality are priced in the $20 to $40 range. At $69.99 for this DEWALT version, you're buying the name and maybe the warranty. Functionally, it offers nothing more or better than a majority of the competition. (3) The LED light on the bottom of the device that constantly flashes while the device is in use can be very annoying when using this device in the dark. It's practically useless since, if the speaker is producing sound, a secondary indicator that the device is working is unnecessary. Take some black paint and cover it up. Note: I have not used this device for taking phone calls so I have no feedback to offer regarding the built in microphone. Should you buy it? If you mostly listen to spoken audio, need/want a wearable alternative to earbuds that's easy to use and has good battery life, are loyal to the DEWALT brand and their pricing, sure buy it. It's a handy gadget. If you want a wearable speaker but aren't loyal to DEWALT, consider the other similar but less expensive wearable bluetooth speakers on the market.

Got this for Father’s Day. I love it. It’s surprisingly loud. I Bluetooth works super far if you leave your phone in the house. I do wish the belt clip was a little bit bigger, it doesn’t clip all the way on my belt. The battery lasts a super long time. You can skip to the next song and pause it from the unit. I highly recommend buying this.

I think it's great! My husband can just clip it on or hang it, no mount. worked with every brand of phone the power could last longer but given how many times he dropped it totally worth the money and it doesn't bug the homeowner

Arrived fast and well packaged. Sounds good like others have mentioned bass is lacking but I use this on low volume anyway so bass isn’t really noticeable. Power lasts a long time I’ve had it for over 2 weeks and only had to charge it once which is easy with a usb c cable and doesn’t take long to get a full charge. Classic DeWalt coloring and great functionality as a speaker and as a hand free mic as well for taking phone calls. Other than the power indicator there is no lighting on this device.

Surprisingly good sound from what is a tiny speaker. I use it for listening to audiobooks and for that it’s perfect. Better than wearing earbuds all day and safer to hear what’s going on around you whilst working on site etc. and you’re not broadcasting your noise to the whole world! Battery life is great too. As for value the jury is still out on that one. It’s somewhat pricey for what it is. Creative make something similar, the MUVO Free, which is almost as good for a quarter of the price. It also can pair with a second unit to give you stereo. This DeWalt unit has the edge when compared side by side with a single Creative unit though.
