Gute Winkelhilfe für das Schleifen auf Diamant- und Keramiksteinen
Die orangene Winkelhilfe haftet mittels eingelassenem Magneten gut an Diamantsteinen, d. h. Stahlplatten, auf die Diamantstaub aufgalvanisiert wurde. Die schwarze Winkelhilfe haftet mittels genoppter gummiartiger Unterseite und ist gedacht für die Verwendung auf Keramiksteinen. Beide erfüllen ihren Zweck, ich bevorzuge jedoch als Schleifanfänger die Sharpal 194H Holdbubble-Winkelhilfe, die mittels Magneten auf dem zu schleifenden Messer haftet und daher die Kontrolle des Winkels über den gesamten Schleifweg hinweg ermöglicht.

très très utile quand on ne sait pas obtenir le bon angle
Comme je n'arrivais pas à trouver le bon angle sur mon fusil , et de ce fait abimais le fil de mes couteaux. Je me suis fais ce petit outil ....... et c'est super efficace. 2 petites planchettes bois (couvre joint) et double face pour coller . Celui là est à 20° pour mes couteaux de cuisine français (Sabatier et Bourgoin). J'en ai commandé une 2ième paire pour faire un autre outil à 17° pour mon japonais . Le défaut de mon système ,c'est qu'il faut un jeu pour chaque angles . Ou il faudrait décoller à chaque fois. Mais bon à 9€ la paire ............ Pour ceux que ça intéresse pour se servir de cet outil : - tenir le fusil contre soi et un point fixe (mur , coin de porte, ...) pour avoir les mains libres . - venir appuyé l'outil sur le fusil (le mien est conçu pour droitier) - de la main droite appliquer la lame et commencer à affiler Oui oui, les experts du fusil n'auront pas besoin d'un tel outil .........

Japanese knives
Japanese knives, can be a pain to get them right, but I have a gizmo that does an almost perfect job, its jsut the wester knives i struggle with. This little gizmo, definitely helps, train you in getting the angle right, on the sharpening stone. Good quality, and great value. Easy to use, and helps with the performance of the stone. Nice size too.
