This antenna base fits perfectly. I bought the car and it was missing this piece. The antenna no longer moves everywhere.

OEM quality! It fit my 2012 4Runner perfect! Little tough getting it on without doing it the long way, but with a little elbow grease and washable lubricant, it worked out the faster install way

So ladies I'm a lady bought this for my 2012 4runner works wonderfully the rubber isn't soft and doesn't tare You will have to heat it up whether with a hair dryer or letting it sit there in the port after the engine is off and the hood is still hot! Had to use the blunt end of my nail clippers to pry the rubber in the whole by sliding into the seam and pressing it down. I did wrap the nail.clippers in a towel to help my hand pressure with out the clippers digging into my palm, again I'm a girl but it worked out very well see the photo if you don't know what I mean with the clippers lol sorry I waited till date to take pictures but you got this and i didn't even scratch the paint!

I was not able to use this part. The plastic is very hard and it simply will not fit in the slot it needs to go in. I tried warming it up in hot water and using dish soap as lubricant -- it will not go in. I doubt that it is an OEM part. I am going to get the OEM part and will update this review, for now though I do not recommend this.
