I have spent so much money through the years on shampoos that were supposed to remove sebum buildup on my scalp, and after washing my hair with them there was STILL sebum on my scalp. Medicated, sebum on scalp, harsh on my hair, and lots of money just kept going down the drain. This Kitsch Rosemary & Biotin Shampoo Bar is FANTASTIC!!! My scalp is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN with NO SEBUM left behind; a pleasant, mild smell and leaves it looking shiny, soft, and manageable even without conditioner. As long as they make this soap bar, I'll be buying it. I haven't tried the conditioner yet, and have debated doing so but I may purchase in the near future. I'm in early 70s, hair is probably 50% gray now, and for the first time in many, many years my scalp is clean and my hair looks so nice. VERY pleased with my purchase.

I love this brand, but this was the first shampoo and conditioner bar I had bought from them. I love bars because they make travel easy. What I loved about these bars: - The shampoo lathers very well. Whether you smooth it directly on your hair (my preference with the shampoo but not the conditioner), or lather it in your hand, you get good sudsing. I like that a lot. -The shampoo is said to be color-safe and I believe that it is. I use a deposi-only blue color in my hair which can wash out easily. There was no blue in they rinse water, which reassured me my color wasn’t being stripped. —Usage: I find that it's okay/desirravble to rub the shampoo bars straight into your hair for maximum lather. But with conditioner, if you have fine and thin hair, you're better off putting on your hands and then using a praying hands motion to apply. - My hair was soft, but not weighed down. In fact, my fine, thin hair had a lot of body. This is not easy! I loved this. -You really don't need a lot, which means this bar will last a while, making it good value for the money. I can't speak to the other claims of hair growth etc., but I can tell you the shampoo is very effective. I've shown it in the kitsch shampoo and conditioner travel case so you see how that works. All in all, I'd definitely buy again--although it may be a while since the bars last so long!

So far , it's working well on my fine, over 60 hair lol It feels & looks fuller so I don't need to style it with any tools... just my fingers. I'd like to order an extra one but I noticed the price raised, so I'll wait until it goes on sale

I love the Rosemary and Biotin Shampoo Bar! I can't say that I have noticed hair growth, but I do think my hair looks healthier and I absolutely love the scent. I know a few people have said the kitsch shampoo bar doesn't lather like they would like it to, but I think it does great. You can lather in your hands but can also put the bar straight onto your head as well to help with the lathering. The sustainable packaging is also an added bonus!

This shampoo bar is fabulous. It has given my fine hair more body , more volume and my hair feels much softer now. I've only used it 2 weeks now, but it is making a huge difference. Has made my hair really easy to style.

This shampoo lathers really well and leaves my hair feeling clean—neither dry nor oily. I don’t usually use conditioner, though occasionally I add a small amount of natural oils to my hair so this shampoo works perfectly for me. I like that it’s free of harsh chemicals.

I didn't have high hopes for this as I was going from a much more expensive shampoo bar, but I was pleasantly surprised. This is now my go to! I like the way it smells, it leaves my hair soft, and seems to last a long time!

Okay, the positives: -Absolutely love the smell! -It lathers up really really nicely. -I feel like it gets my hair clean well. Negatives, that I just can't get over: -I've only been using this for 2 weeks, and every other day a new little piece comes off of it! It crumbles a lot, doesn't stay together! So, while I love the smell, the lather, and the way it cleans my hair, it's really hard to use because it just breaks apart in your hand, (like, how are you supposed to use a little tiny piece of soap that's broken off?) ** So unless that issue gets fixed, like a new formula or something to help keep this bar of soap together, I probably wouldn't purchase again. But I'll enjoy whatever I have left of this one.
