Der Ball hat genau die richtige Größe und Festigkeit – weich genug, um angenehm zu sein, aber stabil genug für Übungen für Bauch, Rücken, Beine und Gleichgewicht. Besonders bei Pilates- und Stabilitätsübungen merkt man schnell den Effekt. Die Muskulatur wird gezielt aktiviert, und man kann viele Übungen intensiver gestalten. Auch für Dehnübungen oder zur Entlastung des Rückens ist er super geeignet. Der Ball lässt sich leicht aufblasen, hält die Luft gut und ist klein genug, um ihn überall mitzunehmen. Great pilates ball
Love this pilates ball - shipping was fast, the price was reasonable, and it is exactly what I was looking for. It was also super easy to inflate and came with an extra inflation straw and plug. Love the pink color as well.

Great small yoga ball!
Great small yoga ball. I frequently use this to perform deep core postpartum moves. Nice thick material, easy to inflate. Good price point, and love the baby pink color in my home gym!
