Blueprint Bryan Johnson Red Yeast Rice and Odor Free Garlic Supplement. If you watch his videos it is very interesting how much he has put into getting products that help with the aging process and keeping us still healthy. I don't know much how he does it, but this item is good so far.

Another great product. Cost is cheaper than most and I know the Blueprint process ensures it is high quality.

I used to eat a garlic as raw or cooked in any way,Unfortunately with age it’s difficult for me to digest a garlic and if I try - I can feel how it smells from my skin/ pores for a few days, even after taking shower… It was so great to find this supplement with odorless garlic! It also claims to follow clinical studies, but unfortunately does not list which studies. The dosages do seem to line up with most of the studies I found when doing some general research on the active ingredients. Only reason this gets knocked down a star is due to lack of ingredient sourcing information, and not providing links to the studies of which they claim to be basing the supplement on.One thing to note about Red Yeast Rice Extract is (from my understanding/research) it can have a signficiant impact on your cholesterol, and is actually considered a natural form of a statin, which are a class of drugs for treating high cholesterol. So really make sure you do your research before taking something like this, and talk to your dr!
