The properties and benefits of ginseng, particularly the Korean products, are well researched and plenty of information is available on the web. This product is very convenient insofar as it is presented in sachets of the required amount. Rip the top off, place tip in mouth, squeeze the packet and consume. Flavour is true to what I expect mango to taste like and it balances out the not-so-nice natural taste of ginseng. I find a decent boost of energy and mental focus when taking one of these sachets. Recommended serving is one per day, although I don’t need to use them that often. I’ve not had any nasty side effects since consuming this product. However, what I would say is don’t consume too late in the day as it might affect sleep. Price at the time of writing this review is £37.72 for 20 sachets, although this ginseng is a premium brand. If the requirement is daily usage, then this is going to turn out to be an expensive supplement. However, for occasional use like me then it comes down to personal choice. In summary, premium ginseng at a commensurate price but does the job very well.

I'm interested in Korean culture and for a time have wanted to try a Korean ginseng supplement, however the cost has always been a put off for me. This pack in particular works out at around £2 per stick and you're supposed to consume one daily. This is certainly one the very high side of cost when it comes to health supplements. I was happy to take this on for review. The product itself is very nice, the packaging is premium and it doesn't feel like corners have been cut. The liquid itself tastes great, there isn't really any detectable unpleasant ginseng flavor. I think I noticed a small bump in energy, but it wasn't that significant and short lived, so I'm thinking perhaps it was more placebo. There are other health benefits associated with ginseng for it's long term use, however I think there are alternative ways to get it that are much better value. Jeong Kwan Jang really is considered the number 1 brand for ginseng and has high prestige in Korea. My understanding is that these premium ginseng products are typically bought as gifts as a thoughtful way to honor someone with a symbol of health. This particular box comes with two inner boxes of 10 sticks each. For a ginseng product, it's definitely a good one. But I think if you intend on taking ginseng regularly, you'll likely find much better value alternatives.

Having never tried ginseng supplements before, I didn't have anything to compare it to, but the product was easy enough to use. There's a bit of liquid inside you can consume on the go as a refreshing treat or at home. Tastes sweet and mildly fruity. I haven't noticed any pronounced effects in terms of energy and wellness over and above what you might get from a standard multivitamin maybe, so for me it's not worth the steep price, although I certainly haven't had any bad side effects either.

This ginseng extract comes in small individual sachets which are convenient for travel or work. Each sachet contains concentrated extract that you can take directly or mix with water. The taste is sweet and slightly medicinal, much more palatable than other ginseng products I've tried. I take one on an empty stomach every morning. If not in the morning I take one sachet in the afternoon when my energy starts flagging. The effect is noticeable within about 30 minutes, gives a gentle energy boost without jitters. The individual packaging keeps each dose fresh and makes it easy to control intake. A box lasts 20 days with daily use. Much more convenient than brewing ginseng tea or swallowing large capsules. The Korean red ginseng is supposed to be more potent than other varieties. The energy boost feels natural rather than artificial like caffeine. Only downside was the mango - it wasn't nice at all.

This is very delicious, you can taste the honey, which gives it an almost caramel like flavour. It's a very tasty way of getting the benefits of ginseng. It's hard to identify the benefits clearly because I'm taking various health supplements. But I'm very happy to have it.

I've been taking ginseng for years however this is the first time I have seen it as a flavoured syrup. This comes presented in box containing 2 smaller boxes which have 10 easy to open sachets of mango flavoured ginseng syrup. I found the taste to be pleasant. I am big mango fan but didn't think that there was much mango flavour to it or detect any strong ginseng taste which I also like. I found it to be quite sweet, possibly because of the honey that it contains. I like the fact that this product is produced by a reputable manufacturer which has been rubbing since 1899 and works with over 2000 farms to produce the ginseng which is subjected rigorous quality testing. This is a premium quality ginseng product meant for a connoisseurs values quality and heritage. Although this was priced at £39.99 at time of purchase, it's worth it for this 6 year old ginseng extract from a world renown ginseng brand.
