Nice product.. No damage.. Am so happy with this product

Repeated scheduling & rescheduling date for return defective OTG.
I purchased one Morphy Rechards OTG on 19th September2026 from Amazon but that was returned as it was defective. Again I purchased the same item on 21st, September 2026 & at this time the previous defective item was again delivered to me moreover the packaging & the front handle was broken. I lodge a complaint within one hour of delivery. The customer care representative ensured me to refund my money & asked that the item would be collected on 26th, September,2026. It is most shocking that they did not come to collect the item on 26th and they are now asking that the item failed to pass checking. Now, it is most confusing that what type of checking they are telling. In this situation it is quite difficult for us to purchase any item from Amazon today onwards. I shall ask others also to think twice before purchasing anything from Amazon as I am being harrassed repeatedly .

No chamber light, It is good but, prefer other one
Fully satisfied, no light inside so disappointed with it only. Rest of all working functions are well. Also disappointed at the point that the oil leaked from chicken while cooking isnt collected by the drip tray it has an angle which overflows the water and makes it come out from a support stand of oven

It works!
Having this idea of a product coming from hundreds of miles away, feared that it would be severely damaged (delivery agents kind of suck at differentiating fragile items!), but guess what, it came in without any damaged! Don't get fooled by the images, this doesn't have any rotating plates, lights or fan (this is a mini otg).

Markings on the knobs NOT readable
The setting markings for the various knobs are NOT easily readable - font is too small and not bold. So it is a strain to use the oven
