Best Quest 3 strap and interface as of May24'
I was interested in this because I'm familiar with ResMeds products on respiratory machines in my workplace. They have exceptional interfaces to make wearing the machines comfortable. That and Razors rep for exceptional gaming products made me pull the trigger. I am very happy with the setup. This is the 3rd interface and strap combo for the Quest3 I've tried and is so far the best. My first setup was the stock Quest interface with the Meta comfort strap. The interface was kind of hard and abrasive while the strap did not offset the weight of the unit on your face enough. This created pressure points on my face; mainly nose and cheek bones. My second setup was the Desetek strap with a lighter UPOK interface with Faux Leather padding. This setup was better. I really like the Desetek Strap because it offset the weight of the Quest and was more configurable. The downside is that it was still a touch heavy, a bit bulky, and the inface padding allowed some light through. The feeling was like wearing a comfortable light helmet. All in all I liked it, could wear it for hours, and would have been fine if nothing better came along. But something did... The Razor/ResMed combo is perfect for me. The interface is well designed with quality plastic and the padding is the really nice silicone like hypoallergenic stuff ResMed uses for respiratory devices. Soft yet supportive on the skin. Also easily cleanable. The strap itself is similar to Respiratory mask straps and really supports the headset well in combination with the interface. The whole system of strap and interface is lighter, distributed weight better on the face, and keeps light out better than either of my previous setups. It's just great for me. Minor nitpicks: 1) the interface really seals to your face which makes for less air circulation and a bit more warmth compared to my previous interface. It's just a noticable difference for me. I suppose this is the price payed for a good seal and light blocking. 2) the straps hug your head which helps provide good support. I wear a crew cut and sometimes shaved so it slides off my head easy. I could see people with a lot of hair potentially having issues with the straps YMMV. 3) the setup is a little pricey but I feel you get what you pay for in a premium brand with quality materials in this well executed design. It's worth it if it's in your budget. Cheers

Unique design leads to best Quest3 Interface on the market
This isn't the typical facial interface. Razer, with the help of ResMed, made a very unique design that no other product has tried. Most facial interfaces have a filler material, mainly foam, that push up against your face. This counter pressure leads to face fatigue, and the eventual soreness and headaches. I've used the official Meta Silicone interface and some of the cheaper 3rd party alternatives. Whereas Razer takes the opposite approach. There's no filler material in the interface; it's air. They use varying degrees of silicone thickness to support the design; it's not flimsy. But when wearing it, you don't feel the interface pushing back and thus there's no face fatigue. It's just comfortable. I played 1.5 hours of Asgard's Wrath 2 - no face soreness, none of the usual face indentations/marks. Yes it's not cheap, but it's a premium replacement. Overall, this is the best interface on the market for the Quest3.

Sweaty
This is made of a rubber that sticks to your face and makes your face wet. All the hype for nothing. The original interface that comes with a Meta quest is much better and comfortable.

The Best Headstrap for Quest Devices!!!
I use this Razer headstrap on my Quest 3S. When I had my Quest 2, I had this headstrap AND facial interface. The headstrap feels great and is easy to setup. I've got a big dome and this fits my head no problem. It makes wearing the headset for long stints a lot easier to do. I hope they release a Facial Interface for the 3S, because I loved that on my Quest 2. Highly recommend this headstrap to you. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!!!

Actually love it!
I was tempted to try this strap because its made by Razor, even though the reviews are bad. I got a used version, and it's still pricey. It feels great! Much better than the stock strap and an elite strap knock off I tried. I plan on keeping this specifically since it's light weight and comfortable for reclining and laying down. I did minus 1 star since like another reviewer stated, the strap is small, and needs to be lengthened. However my ginormous head still fits it and still needed a little bit of tightening. I wear a 2xl motorcycle helmet and did expect this to be too small. With how pleased I am with this strap, I am going to try the Razor face interface now.

Fits better on wide faces
This thing is really nice, it fits a lot better on my face than the original Quest 3 facial interface as my face is a bit wider than the interface that came with the Quest 3, and it also helps distribute the weight of the headset a little better.

Let's be real. It's way over priced.
I see allot of ppl comparing it to the stock strap. If it was under 40$ you could prob do that. But given the high price tag, it puts it in comparison with other high end straps which even come with swappable batteries and even fans. It's a really tough sell. I'm surprised they would actually price it this high but hey I got one to try out so I guess they can. I will say it's pretty comfy and the build quality is great. It's nice to be able to lay your head back on your gaming chair, sofa, or even bed. It has has a bit of padding which feels nice on the back of the head as well. My one fear is I'm not too sure how sturdy this would be able to hold my headset during any high movement game. To be fair I'm waiting on their facial interface which in combination might make it feel a bit more secure. The strap seems to pull at an upward angle which does avoid the ears but then it feels a bit like it's not the most secure strap. It will definitely stay on your head but there's a bit of front end wobble. I'll give it a few more days once I can try it along with the facial interface. If pricing isn't an issue for you it still makes a nice add on for when you are using VR for media or less intense gameplay. I do have to stress again that it's definitely over priced. In no way should a nylon soft strap be priced over 40 bucks even when there's a Razor brand name embroidered on it lol. I will update if the strap plays better along with their facial interface.

Maybe it works for other people
This is somehow worse than the default strap. I was under the impression that this was a partially rigid strap, like the older rift and quest designs. I think if it were rigid it would be very comfortable. All the product images show it fully extended, unfortunately the whole thing is soft floppy and collapsible. For reference I find the rift and index to be the most comfortable headsets. I tried every adjustment and nothing could keep the headset from sliding down my face and crushing my nose with the lenses. I'm assuming the loop at the back is supposed to cradle the base of your skull but it just doesn't work because it is too soft. It just slips upwards. I got it to partially work by strapping a battery to the back, but then it ruins the point of a flat design being able to lay back. I think this was designed to work with a specific head shape, so maybe it works for some people. If it does somehow work for you it is made of high quality soft materials. If it were a comfortable supportive rigid strap I think it would be worth the 70. Just too soft to be a functional VR strap.

Love it but not for everyone
Itโs seems expensive but is well made. I was looking for something lighter than my 3rd party strap with the typical plastic back. As other reviews say it fits on more like a baseball cap while my old strap felt more like putting on a helmet. Iโm not sure this would be the best choice for very active vr games like fitness apps it doesnโt feel as secure but for stationary and sit down use I find it a lot easier to take on and off using this strap and much more comfortable for just laying back in a chair or laying down.

Way better than Meta silicon interface
I have this paired with the new Razer strap and I find this far more comfortable than the Meta silicon interface. It's much softer on all contact areas and feels cooler, probably because it's vented. The added nose piece does leak a bit of light still but all aftermarket ones do too. You don't really notice the minimal light leakage once you're using it and distracted by what's going on in your headset. I'm a nightly resmed cpap user so felt right at home with this mask. Highly recommended!

The strap the Q3 should have come with
Been waiting on this one since I got the Q3 in November. This paired with the Razer facial interface is the most comfortable combo I've tried so far. Was looking for something lower profile than my daily driver which is the Bobovr S3, which is amazing but is heavy AF. Feels like you are wearing a helmet. It's well balanced but you definitely feel the added weight after a while. This one, as stated feels more like a baseball cap the way it fits. I use a resmed cpap when I sleep so the feel of it I was already very accustomed to. One of my primary use cases is using the Q3 laying down before bed, and it was near impossible with the bulkier set with the battery sticking out in the back. Since this is just a thin strap cupping the back of your head with the ring, it's unnoticeable when laying down to watch YouTube or a show before bed. If you use the Pillow app, this is the strap for that! Expensive but if you can afford it then it's well worth it!

Do NOT BUY!
Do not buy! The item in the box was exactly the same as what was already on the meta-quest 3. This is a scam.

Very good
Bought this instead of the official meta silicone one. I think it looks a bit sturdier than the original interface. You can't adjust it like the original meta one, but it's very easy to clean off and feels very comfortable.
