The bits are all very high quality, and so are the drivers. The end caps rotate freely, but they aren't loose, so you can trust them to hold the driver perfectly straight while you're changing grip. The bits all fit snug in the drivers, and the magnets are the perfect strength to hold screws steady. There's a wide arrangement of bits, plus a couple extra special tools that you may or may not need, depending on the work you're doing. This includes a Schrader valve release for working on bikes, a SIM eject tool for working on all phones, and a special bit just for working on iPhones. Overall, I think it's definitely worth the price for the quality and just the sheer amount of bits you get. If you need an all-in-one set of tools, the Pro Tech kit might be better for you. That includes much fewer screwdriver bits, but you get all the common ones you might need, plus a range of tools for opening electronics. But if you have those tools and just need a lot of special bits, you might as well get them all with this one.

Great kit that I've used every single day for the past 4 years now as a Diesel Mechanic and automotive mechanic, also use them in Tech repairs and daily around-the-house work. I will add I have never used any of these bits in electric drivers or drills. Only used the provided drivers for these bits. Cons -The case has 4 cylindrical magnets on 4 corners of the base to hold the lid on. The plastic on the edges is very thin and can be damaged easily causing you to lose the magnets making the lid easy to fall off. -The foam that the bits and drivers sit in is black, and the text for the type of bits you have is also black, making it very hard to see what is what. If you have a handful of bits out you will need a light to see where they go or memorize where each bit goes. -The thinner bits like Torx, JIS, Security Torx, and some of the smaller phillips and flatheads can be damaged easily If you use them a lot. The edges break off on the torx bits, the flat heads can bend if your screw is a little hard to get out. -The magnet that holds the bits to the driver is pretty strong, taking out the larger Phillips bits can be a little rough if you don't have a strong fingertip grip, the rest of the bits I have no issue with. Pros - The Drivers are very well built, they have taken a beating throughout the years and even saw time being used as a small temporary hammer. - Large variety of bits - Foam has not been stretched or lost its grip on the bits, except for the Hook driver it's always been loose. - If you use it for work it will pay for itself.

I wouldn't use the Manta Driver Kit to repair an 18-wheeler but I'm sure it could based on the kit's quality. I have, however, used the kit to repair everything from PCs (desktops and laptops), various electronic gadgets and toys, glasses, and plenty more. In fact, I have not found a fastener that this kit doesn't include a bit for. Because I can always find the correct bit, I don't have to worry about the fastener getting damaged from a cheap quality, ill-fitting bit. This kit is very high quality. The handles are comfortable and ergonomic and the quality of the materials is excellent. It's an expensive driver kit but worth the money. The only suggestion I have to improve the kit would be to enclose everything in a locking hinged clamshell case instead. The two halves of the case are connected by magnets so it's possible for things to go flying if it's mishandled.

I almost expected to find a diamond necklace or a tiara when I tried to open the box. It doesn’t open up nor does it have hinges. U need to slide it off its magnets. Inside u have a jewelry like display of bits well organized and well attached - probably also magnets under the foam. bits feel of good quality but haven’t used any of them yet. Two well engineered and built drivers- one hefty for 1/4” bits and the other smaller for precision 4mm shank bits. I bought the precision driver 2 weeks ago to use with a different set I have with a plastic driver. I impressed with the quality enough to try IFIXIt bigger set. Impressive. I give it a 5 even before trying it in real work. It just feels right. If I find otherwise - one can always edit.

This has everything you need. Bits from large to small of all sizes and shapes. Everything seems to be high quality and not cheap in the slightest. It's got all the weird stuff like tri-wing and gamebits too. Some I've never seen the likes of before. You get two drivers for small bits and big bits too, and they look and feel nice. So why not five stars? Well, the case isn't that great. Read on: 1. It's impossible to read the bit labels printed inside the case because it's black on black text. More specifically, the text is sort of stamped or impressed into black foam. So you have to have lighting at the exact right angle to read any of the text. Thankfully all the bits have names stamped into them so if you aren't sure you can take a bit out and read the name on the side of it. But all they had to do was print the text in some combination other than black-on-black to make it perfectly legible. How'd they miss that? 2. It has a very artsy and stylish case that holds the two loose halves together with magnets. It's not a real case with a hinge that latches closed. You can't just throw this thing in your backpack or toolbox and expect it to stay together. You open it by prying the top from the bottom apart, and that's fine, but it's not secure. I keep a big rubber band around mine but we both know that won't really do the job. 3. All the bits are sort of tacky to the touch. Maybe that's part of manufacturing. Maybe that's just because of the foam in the case that holds them in place. Personally I don't like it and you get that "I need to wash this off my hands" feeling after handling the bits. I'm not enough of a certified bit expert to tell you if that's normal or not. Flaws aside this is a superb set of bits. I'd highly recommend this but just know the case is totally substandard. If you're cool with that, then this will give you all the bits you'd ever want.

It's pretty obvious some thought went into this kit. I'm not aware of anything really comparable on the market right now. Most kits that have a similar complement of bits are typically all 1/4" and short-shafted. The long, skinny shafts on the 4mm bits in this set work well for getting into the deep plastic holes manufacturers hide their fasteners in. The finish isn't the typical matte grey bead blast that most Chinese bits have. Instead, the finish is a smooth, slick satin. It's some type of blast or stonewash, but with a higher degree of polish. I have Wiha and Snap-On tools that don't look as nice. All of the security bits have well-centered holes. The flat-blade screwdrivers are hollow-ground. The drivers themselves have a very nice, smooth anodized finish. Both drivers are primarily aluminum, but the 1/4" driver has a steel shaft on the business-end. Both drivers appear to have a steel bearing of some sort on the spinning end-caps. You can put a good bit of force on them, and they will not bind. The handles have three flats cut to prevent rolling. Though, the large driver is heavy enough that if you started it rolling, the flats would be unlikely to stop it very quick. The case itself is pretty good - the contrasting foam layer underneath is a nice touch. All of the labels are easy enough to read provided you have good lighting and your eyesight isn't terrible. Though it would have been nice, it likely wasn't possible to get contrasting labels on the foam. The foam does a very good job of holding the bits. If you turn the whole thing upside-down without the lid, only the drivers will fall out. This, of course, may change over time. The magnetic lid is neat, but if I were going to throw the whole kit in my go-bag I'd rig something to make sure it doesn't get jarred open. Overall, I think this kit is a very good value for the money. Most other kits only have 1/4" or 4mm bits, not both. This is a pretty comprehensive kit. I think iFixit has thrown down the gauntlet on this one.

Excelente kit con un gran variedad de puntas. El estuche es rígido pero un poco simple en diseño, parece que no soporta caídas, la tapa cuenta con separaciones para que se use como charola para tornillos, las 4 esquinas de la tapa cuentan con imanes para cerrar el kit o para poner la tapa atrás del estuche y que no se pierda. Ninguna de las puntas esta imantadas, y cuenta con dos desarmadores, uno de 1/4" y otro de 4mm, ambos tienen imanes para sujetar las puntas firmemente. El imán del desarmador pequeño (4mm) tiene suficiente potencia para imantar las puntas de 4mm, cosa que el de 1/4" no puede hacer. Ambos son estéticamente elegantes con una parte rugosa para un agarre firme y poder girar el desarmador rápidamente. Es un kit caro pero vale 100% el costo, jamás necesitarán comprar otro para electrónica o para la mayoría de los tornillos PH2.

Kost wat, heb je ook wat. Echt uitstekende kwaliteit en super handig om in huis te hebben. Gebruik hem vaker dan gedacht, ook netjes ingedeeld. Zou wel handig zijn als er een blaadje bij zit met wat wat is, sommige bits lijken nogal op elkaar, maar ben hier super tevreden over.
