Quite a complex build, I found the instructions easy to understand, there are just a lot of steps and you're going to need a good bit of floor space to get it done in the order it says. It was a lot of fun, to be honest, like a gigantic lego set. I built this almost entirely on my own, as an entirely unfit adult woman with a very bad cold, and only needed a second person for a fiddly hold-it-still bit at the end. I could've managed it alone if I'd needed to. Quite heavy though (about 25kg), so might be a bit difficult moving it into place on your own. I've attached a photo of it when I first assembled it, this isn't colour-accurate, it's just bright enough for you to see what it looks like. It's quite sturdy and doesn't wobble. The other photo of the desk in use is a lot more accurate to the colour. I was worried it would be a bit cold and ugly from the listing photos, but it's a nice warm dark wood veneer that looks lovely. I also wasn't sure I'd want the magnetic board in place. You can simply install that piece backwards if you want plain wood at the front. The magnetic piece is adhesive and already attached to the wood, but seemed easy enough to peel off if you don't even want it out of sight. I can't believe how good this is for how cheap, I'm absolutely thrilled with it.

Arrived early. It was packed well so wasn't damaged. All parts were clearly marked and the instructions were easy to follow so I had no trouble building it. It's sturdy. Great value for money. I would recommend this.

I love it! Great quality and excellent value for money. It doesn’t take up much space, making it the perfect size for my needs. It was also very easy to install. Highly recommend!

Everything was well packaged with almost no chance of damage. Each item including the fastenings was labelled clearly with exactly the right number of parts. The instructions were mostly clear and easy to follow, so much so that my 11 year old son did most of the work to build it. Having had to wait several weeks to get ready to build it I was worried that the quality would be poor. As it was, it was one of the best items of flat packed furniture I have seen for a while. Really pleased!

We assembled the desk we purchased from yourselves this evening and noticed black surface marks on one of the panels (please see the attached photos). While the desk is fully assembled, the marks are visibly noticeable and detract from the overall quality and finish of the product. Given this defect trying to get in touch with seller is a totall waste of time
