What is the difference between red neutralizer 1 and 2

One is for lighter skin and 2 is for darker skin tones. I have medium white skin tones and use #1.

What is the difference between Red Neutralizer 1 and SPECIAL RED NEUTRALIZER?

These creamy correctors are used to neutralize redness from sunburn, acne, and capillaries from skin tone prior to and/or after base application. The only difference that I could tell was the color and that fact that Special Red only comes in Ultra base.
