Just received the product today. And i must wanna say by using at first. This has a very comfortable fabric and convenient design. Looks definitely a premium product. And heating is just on point. Relaxes and soothes my muscle on point. Hoping for a longer quality life.

It's stop working within 6 months we got a replacement (after a long waiting) and then again within two months it's became same pain as it was earlier.....no heating ....

Used for 2 days – decent but not great
I’ve used this heating pad for 2 days. It’s soft and covers a large area. The heat is mild and works okay for light pain. But it doesn’t get very hot, and it switches off automatically after some time, which can be frustrating. Good for short-term relief, but not very strong.
