Loved this cleansing balm. The twisting bottle was perfect, delivering the exact amount i needed every time. It didn't sting or cloud my eyes, which I find most balms do. It removed make up easy and skin didn't feel dry/tight afterwards. My only small criticism is, it's impossible to know when you're nearing the end of the bottle, so I now keep a spare ready!

Bought this after seeing reviews. Love the way it dispenses the cleanser - also need to put fingers in a pot! I have sensitive skin and I found it to be perfect and leaves skin soft and clean.

Effective and enjoyable to use. Some argue that the mechanism is gimmicky, but I think it's quite fun to use and fairly practical as well. A little does go a long way, and a small amount will effectively remove sunscreen and makeup. I have gotten it in my eyes a couple of times and thankfully it doesn't sting like a lot of cleansers do. It leaves my skin feeling soft and not dry or stripped. It has a mild scent which is barely detectable in my experience. It is stated to be free from artificial fragrance which is great.

I really like this, but it's not worth the money. Make sure you read that it's only 50ml. For the size of the packaging, I thought it would be more. Great for taking off make up and it's non-irritating. But because you can't see how much product is in there or how much is left, I was surprised when it was all gone in just a few weeks. I'll stick to cleansers that have more product and I can see from the packaging when I'm running out.

This is a great product for cleansing and the size of the tub is much bigger than I thought it would be. The balm dispenses by turning clockwise, no finger dipping, no waste. It has a lovely texture and does not have a strong scent. You apply the balm, a little water, and then remove.

This is one of the best cleansing balms I have used and I would highly recommend. It can be used either as a single cleanse or as part of a double cleanse step and works well with an oil cleanser. This is my third tub and it is my go to cleanser.

This is the best make up remover I have ever used. Little goes the long way and doesn't irritate my eyes ( yes, using it for eye make up remover too). Just fantastic!

Very gentle mouse, feels like an oil but not too strong. Gently removes my make up. I always use after that cleaning gel for my type of skin. Really recommend it. My skin is : oily/combined, reactive, tender, with rednesses and post acne.

This balm removes any makeup or sunscreen residue very quickly—it’s really effective and leaves the skin feeling hydrated, not tight or dry. The only downside is that it comes in a small amount, so it doesn’t seem like it will last long. But in terms of quality and performance, it’s excellent.
