Strong enough to fry a June bug.
This will dispatch the June bugs, but you may need to give it a little time sautรฉing them... especially if you get three or four on it at once. Flies, mosquitoes and the miscellaneous smal fliers get zapped in flight are gone the the second they hit.

Effective Against Large Bugs
I got this bug zapper specifically to use against a bad spotted lantern fly infestation at my office. This item is very effective with these large, hearty, quick bugs. It doesnโt always kill them immediately but it definitely stuns them, allowing for an easy follow up squishing. I was pleasantly surprised that the 2 AA batteries it uses havenโt needed to be changed since I started using it over 1 month ago following consistent, heavy use. I would particularly recommend this item for use against large bugs. I had previously tried a different unit that had a two-mesh electrical circuit but the spotted lantern flies were too large to connect the circuit. This has a simple and far more effective single-layer circuit system.

Powerful!
It takes maybe a second or so to charge but when it's ready to go, it GOES! Those pesky flies don't stand a chance and I bet bigger things, like wasps, won't like it either! ๐

Loud
It works, but the zap is so loud that I don't like using it.

Expensive junk
I bought this with high hopes. For the first month it was great - effective against mosquitos and fun to use. Then, it broke. The red light would turn on but it stopped working entirely. Tried everything. I followed the instructions for the so-called "warranty" to no avail. Messages completely ignored by the company. Save your money and stay awake from this junk.

Great for killing mosquitoes
This is the best mosquito control! You push a button to turn on the electricity, then wave it like a tennis racket. When it hits a mosquito it makes a satisfying pop and zaps the bug. After a while you have no more mosquitoes (until another batch moves in from far away). Really excellent device.

Not as powerful as listed for the price point
Let me be honest, I bought this product with one intention, murder. When it comes to the business of death, know thy enemy. For me, my primary victim pool consists primarily of wasps and their brethren. This product boasts its ability to annihilate this population with the ease of a wisp of the wrist. It falls short of this brag. Does it shock the ever-loving dokie out of them? Yes. Does it offer the gratification of zapping a tiny insect into another dimension momentarily? Yes. Does it make an entire wasp nest so angry that they unleash the wrath of the wasp-gods upon their enemies? Absolutely. Is my body covered in itchy, burning micro-masses? You betchya. Was it worth the gratification of the sweet sound of fifty or so tiny insectโs explosive excrement? Meh. Not powerful enough for my grandiose plans of insecticidal holocaust.

It works. It lasts. It's rather expensive. It's worth it
First off, mosquitos are incredibly hard to kill. And with Dengue around (I live in the tropics) it has become critical to do so. And rackets are the most non-chemical effective weapon yet. Of all I tried, the Executioner has been my favorite for years. It is relatively expensive but it works and lasts. I love the feedback: flash, thunder, and sometimes smoke (unlike the overly protected Black and Decker I also got, which lets you wondering if you made the kill. Words of caution: be careful not to hit something hard in the frenzy of the battle and break the racket. Finally, I like the use of standard batteries, but do consider rechargeables. And don't touch it while pressing the button: it won't harm you but it's unpleasant).

Mozzies be gone!
A very efficient tool in your fight against mosquitoes. And the batteries last a long time, which makes it, in my opinion, superior to one that you need to keep recharging.
