It is essential to install the phone app on your phone and linking your lock to it, BEFORE setting up fingerprint recognition. There is a video guide to what needs to be done; but it's not that easy to view on a phone screen, it happens at a canter, and I couldn't find it online. Even so, once the app is installed, it is pretty obvious what to do. Having the app tell you how the print registration process is progressing, rather than relying on the blinking lights of the locks that are not Bluetooth enabled, makes the registration process vastly simpler. Indeed, I ended up returning the locks I purchased that didn't work with the app. Whilst locks of this size are only ever going to be a deterrent, rather than a maximum security capability, I feel they are a good size - small enough to use with luggage , back packs, etc, but large enough to be reasonably robust. I also like how long the claimed battery life is.

I bought this product because I was looking for a lock that could be unlocked remotely. The lock is not recognise by the app. I tried three different devices (Oneplus Nord 2 5g, Fairphone 3 and IPad Air 5th Gen) and the problem was the said. The seller never bothered to reply to my email from December 2nd. I will be returning the lock and move on.

Tenho feito uso deste cadeado no meu ginásio te confesso que a experiencia tem sido muito positiva. Ele tem um tamanho perfeito e foi muito fácil o setup. A aplicação é bem completa e permite o desbloqueio do cadeado a distância, até mesmo pelo relógio mas somente se o bluetooth não estiver em modo standby pois aí é preciso tocar no sensor do cadeado para ele "despertar" e voltar a estar disponível na app. No geral é um produto muito bom e que cumpre a sua função.

Easy to use.In total, works quite smoothly with no problems

I really like this lock, but first let’s be clear about what it is: it is almost exactly the same size and strength as my old combination lock that I used for luggage. It would be great for a locker, etc, and would prevent someone from casually riffling through your stuff. But it is not an outdoor padlock, and won’t stop someone with a hammer or crowbar. I use this on my backpack when I travel. It isn’t TSA approved, but that is ok if it is just on your carry on. Just don’t put it on checked luggage! I was originally concerned it might be big or heavy, but that was not a problem at all. It looks sleek and everyone who saw it loved it! I think it ends up being safer than a combo lock, since I can easily open it faster, even in the dark, and don’t have the risk of someone seeing my passcode. It was slightly annoying to set up. But even so, it only took 5 min at most. The instructions could be a bit more clear, but it you really carefully follow it word for word, it works. The seller seems a bit rough around the edges. The packaging isn’t that elegant, and there are a lot of typos all over the place. But... it isn’t an expensive purchase and I didn’t have any problems with it, so I’m still giving it 5 stars. Everyone has been so fascinated with it, that I might buy it as a gift for some of my friends.
