Biopharm, BioXtra Dry Mouth Toothpaste 50ml

Following a dental treatment I was waking during the night with a stinging tongue. I thought it might be an allergy to new dental bridge, but dentist checked and there was no inflammation around the actual gums and dentist said gums would show a reaction as more sensitive than tongue. Possibly a reaction to nerve damage from dental work affecting my tongue, but also realised that a branded toothpaste for sensitive teeth was also burning my mouth which took me weeks to realise might also be worsening the problem. Woke one morning with inside of lip bleeding as mouth was so dry and sore. Tried this toothpaste in the hope it would ease all these symptoms but wasn't that hopeful but within 2 days use, morning and night, my mouth was a lot better moisturised and sore lip healing. Helped me a lot as much gentler, tastes fine and doesn't contain irritants like sodium lauryl sulphate, which although has never been a problem for me before but may be now as my mouth has become so sensitive to stronger toothpastes which contain all kinds of ingredients.

Ordered here as not available at chemist but realised I could order so was slightly cheaper. Great product as does help but the metal casing is a nightmare as you're coming to the end as it splits and you get paste coming out in 3 places.

Having suffered with a dry, sore mouth and tongue for nearly 2 years I had to try this toothpaste. It eased my symptoms from the first time I used it. Have been using it for several months now and has made an enormous difference. My appetite has returned and I can again enjoy many of the foods and drinks I had to avoid when my mouth was so painful. Initially I used it after every meal but now only morning and evening. It has no smell nor taste just a creamy texture that is so soothing. Some may miss the spearmint freshness a usual toothpaste has but I find my teeth and tongue feel just as clean and fresh with this toothpaste. In fact, because my mouth is no longer sore, I am cleaning my teeth better than before. It contains the natural saliva enzymes which I find remove plaque easier than the toothpastes which claim to do the same.

The product works but the company keep sending the wrong product and it doesn't seem possible to return.

Just feels like diluted toothpaste, doesnt clean as well and doesnt help with my dry mouth. It doesnt make it dry but it doesnt help it either.

Sto cercando disperatamente un dentifricio per xerostomia,ma anche questo non ha soddisfatto le aspettative! Peccato! Effettivamente non è eccessivamente schiumogeno, però a fine lavaggio la bocca è ancora più secca, così come le labbra. Forse non esiste il dentifricio ideale per chi ha questo problema.. Lo xilitolo contenuto in questo dentifricio peggiora il bruciore. Bocciato

Je me lave les dents avec ce dentifrice, spécial bouche sèche et çà me convient, très bon produit protecteur de l'émail.

Jag har besvär med tandkött och har provat olika tandkräm. Hittills är BIOXTRA tandkräm den som har gett mig bästa resultat. Det svider inte i munhål när jag använder den. Jag rekommenderar den varmt!
