When I install ZEE 5, Hotstar - after installation there is no option to open the app. Only uninstall option is visible. I followed uninstall and install again but still only uninstall option. Very difficult to get customer support, there is no customer support number mentioned anywhere

I have been using this Helett H92 Android Stick for around two weeks and I am glad to share my experience with it. It has been a good and pleasant experience with the device. CPU-Z shows 16 GB ROM and 2GB ram with Quad core processor which is as advertised. The device shows rooted, which again is of no matter as long as apps are installed and rest are working fine. Android 11 runs out of the box which is also a good feature. USB and SD card support is available, so no need to buy any extra USB hub/ other such cables for installing mouse or external devices. Moreover, the device comes with support of IR receiver which is also a good feature. The remote is too light and it has Bluetooth as well as IR support. Overall a good product on budget. The customer support is also very responsive and have cleared my doubts regarding the product. Now coming to the Cons- The remote feels too light and buttons emit a clicking sound, replacement remotes might be hard to source, also contacted the customer support and they assured that it is available with them if we want in future. Also, the Google Assistant takes a little time to load and delay occurs with it, we have to keep on waiting for 3-4 seconds for it to be responsive. The device heats up a bit on prolonged usage, so installed a fan for cooling purpose. Also, the security patch is of 2019, so updates are also not regularly available. Zee5 app issue is there and it the app does not open, says that it is a rooted device and hence cannot be opened. This is a major issue for the users who want to view Zee5 app. Every product comes with some pros and cons. I have pointed out all the aspects and provided my experience with the product till now.

When I saw this product on Amazon I never thought it would be such a good performing product. The product look wise it was nice and all information of the products is also mentioned very clearly , i thought i can just order it if it's not worthy for me then return it , But it's been more than a month i'm using this Android TV stick and giving best performance , the best part for this TV dongle that it have bluetooth remote connectivity where did not seen in other devices , and Google Assistance and Ok google is working very well , I'm SO happy with it
