Monin - Gourmet White Chocolate Sauce, Creamy and Buttery, Great for Desserts, Coffee, and Snacks, Gluten-Free Non-GMO (64 Ounce)

After spending $$$$ at Starbucks for years I decided to make my own Mocha at home. This chocolate sauce is better than Starbies in my opinion. My home Mocha beats anything I have bought at a coffee shop. I have also learned the type of coffee you use matters, specifically that grinding you own makes all the difference.

Superb dark chocolate hands down. As a former barista I've tried them all and this is excellent dark chocolate. We make our own mochas at home and even my husband, who doesn't notice things like this, noticed the change. At first he thought I bought different grounds. Family uses it on ice cream too. We've never had issue like other reviews- mold, expired, etc. and will continue to purchase in the future. Purchase the Monin pump (white, dark ,caramel- that doesn't matter) and not others because they tend to be way too short and don't fit at the top which will cause the product to dry out.

Very good dark chocolate flavor. I make Mocha Frappechinnos with it. Yummy!

Excellent sauce.

We use this chocolate sauce to make espresso mocha, as sauce for ice cream, chocolate milk, etc. We find it has great flavor for all of these uses - quite versatile.

This sauce tastes great but the narrow neck leaves a good amount in the bottle. I had to cut the neck off to get the last half cup or so out. Not a good value when that much stays in the bottle.

Once you try this, you’ll never go back to Hershey’s syrup!

Since the pandemic, I've been using our espresso machine's milk frother to make hot chocolate at home on workdays. This is the closest product I've found to match the delicious taste of a Starbucks-bought hot chocolate. It's not overly sweet like so many powders and it tastes even better with a pinch of Hershey's Cocoa (Special Dark) and a good quality milk!
