Habanero Salsa, Net 8 ml, Update Version

I’m really enjoying having this in the pantry. It has quickly earned a permanent spot in my rotation alongside my other go-to sauces. What sets it apart is the balance; it has a distinct sweetness from the roasted tomatoes that hits right before that habanero heat kicks in. It’s the kind of heat you can actually feel in your nostrils, but it isn't overwhelming.It’s incredibly versatile—I’ve been using it on everything from sardines and morning eggs to tacos and even in Bloody Marys. It’s a unique flavor profile that doesn't taste like your standard grocery store hot sauce.

I had never heard of Secret Aardvark until two days ago. I needed a new bottle of Frank's for wing sauce and saw that this stuff had really good reviews so I decided to pick up a bottle. I'm pretty picky about food. This is good! The habaneros definitely have some heat but it's got a really good flavor to it. Quite balanced. Definitely will be using this sauce on a lot of things.

Good sauce, very tasty. It can get kind of thick and grainy after a while, just a heads up. My biggest issue was the cap. It won't close all the way and is just as flimsy as cheap bottles of ketchup, etc. Such a bummer for a sauce that starts at around $10. I would buy it again if they changed the cap design.
