I purchased two of these KOJOX 12-inch shower systems during a full renovation of my two bathrooms, and I’m extremely happy with the decision. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern and instantly elevated the overall look of both bathrooms. The 12-inch rain shower head provides great coverage with strong, consistent water pressure, and the handheld shower is very convenient and well-made—perfect for cleaning and everyday use. Installation went smoothly for my contractor, and the rough-in valve and trim kit felt solid and high quality. Temperature control is smooth, and switching between the rain shower and handheld is easy and reliable. After using both systems daily, I haven’t had any leaks, pressure issues, or finish problems. For the price, this shower system offers excellent value and looks comparable to much more expensive brands. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone renovating or upgrading their bathroom and would buy it again without hesitation.

Great quality and price. The finish on the stainless is perfect and the shower head is ultra modern and shower wand is easy to grip and not likely to crack tile when dropped. I chose the unit without pex connections to have maximum options on the install. The control unit has a leveling bubble mounted to it making easier to align vertical to the wall. Pay close attention to dept when mounting behind the wall using both the tile and hardy board plus cement thickness. There is built in leeway of a 1/4 to 1/2 inch. The hardest part was waiting a week for the grout to dry fully to water proof and start using the shower. The brushed stainless/nickel finish is easy to keep clean doesn't water spot. This shower was complete replacement and everything except for the tile was purchased on Amazon.

I am so happy that I decided on this shower system! It is gorgeous and adds a perfect touch to my shower. The shower system works better than any other system that I have purchased! You can’t go wrong with this! Go ahead and buy it and you can thank me later!

I purchased this product in July 2025 for a (DIY) shower remodel and completed the top out in October. Prior to my purchase, I reviewed the product’s features and benefits, such as the easy clean head nozzles, which is a huge benefit in my hard water environment, as well as the product’s looks and shower head size options. And with respect to the shower head, the standard 16” arm over that of a 12” arm was a non-negotiable feature for me. There were many competitors with a similar product but at several different price-points. Higher priced products did not appear to correlate to being of higher quality, at least on paper. And in spite of the caution on Amazon’s product page that this was a “frequently returned item,” I made the purchase because the product was listed as meeting ASME standards and national building codes. I completed the rough-in with PEX B, which was fairly straight forward. The tile depth gauge on the valve body and easy-to-follow instructions made this step straight forward as well. Upon completion I turned the bathroom over to my son, which is in his residence. He loves his new shower and raves about its performance and great looks. With that, I am very pleased with my purchase decision.

Got broken today just 3 months after purchasing the item very disappointed

La calidad es buena aun no la instalo pero la probé con la precion de mi llave y anda bien.

Muy bonito todo pero el flujo de agua es malo. Entiendo que es ahorradora de agua pero sería padre que tenga mejor flujo.

Se pierde la presión, aun metiéndole una bomba de 1/3 de hp, no jalo
