I have such a hard time getting this cake mix locally. I was hesitant to order the entire case, but the price made it worth the risk. I’ve used this cake mix many times over the years, and it’s our family’s favorite boxed lemon cake. It’s our go-to for birthdays and special occasions. The only thing I change is substituting half lemon juice for half of the water when I want a stronger, tangier lemon flavor. When I make cupcakes or small loaf cakes in my toaster oven, I lower the temperature by 25 degrees and reduce the baking time by about 5 minutes. They come out thoroughly cooked and very soft. It’s been consistent for us, and I keep buying it because it’s a moist cake mix that tastes great. This was my first time purchasing it from Amazon because Walmart was out of stock. I had no issues with my order or delivery, it was a good value for the money, and it saved me the time and effort of making another trip to the store. I’ll probably order my cake mixes from Amazon more often.

These are easy to make and so yummy. Just follow the instructions. Simple as that. The three kinds we tried were the Rainbow cake and frosting. The chocolate cake and frosting. The best one of them all is the brownie mix and frosting. Each one takes a different amount of water to make so be sure to read the instructions and don't assume that because one takes 3 tablespoons of water that all do. Wrong! Put is coffee cup, add water, mix, microwave, frost,enjoy!

9 x 13 baking dish, just like pineapple upside down but I used chopped pecans plus the pineapple topped with this box mix of Butter Pecan cake. I had to improvise a pan to turn this 9 x 13 cake upside down on. I placed parchment paper over a small steel baking sheet. Sooo delicious, kind of like pecan pie with sweet tart pineapple and moist cake underneath. LEMON MIX I PUCHASED ALSO THEY WON'T LET ME REVIEW .IT DOES NOT HAVE LEMON FLAVOR, TASTED LIKE REGULAR BUTTER CAKE. 2 STARS

A great product that I can't buy in the shops near me. Lovely taste and texture and very easy to follow the instructions. I make it into carrot cake muffins, leave a day and they are so good and increase in moistness. Top with the cream cheese frosting.
