Smaller than the picture suggests
I bought this because I like the style and functionality of it. I originally bought the medium sized one, but returned it because it was much smaller than expected. I bought the large unit and it’s better but still a little smaller than I would prefer. I’m going to keep it because, I like the design and the size is OK for the majority of things that I carry. This is replacing one that I had for 20 years which I was able to put my lock in. This one is too small to store my lock, but I can attach the bike lock , somewhere else on the bike. It seems to be well built. Zippers are good quality. I gave it three stars for water resistance only because I have no idea how well it resists water. The mounting system holds the bag in place securely; however, it took some time for me to figure out exactly how to attach it to the bike. The bag didn’t come with any instructions regarding how to attach it, but but because I’ve had a bike bag in the past, I had an idea of how to attach it. For someone who’s never attached back like this under their seat before, they may find it difficult. I’m sure there’s a video on YouTube that shows how to attach it. Overall, I’m happy with the product.

Best mtb saddle bag for money.
This bag is the perfect size (large). If it is close in price to the medium, opt for the large. It will easily fit an iPhone 15 pro max along with wallet and keys. Looks sturdy, but will update if any quality issues arise. Pros: Inexpensive, good size, well made and designed, reflective material on the rear with a cutout for a reflector. Contoured opening helps fit slightly larger items than a flat one would. Velcro strap for seat post is adequate. Hard plastic insert protects items inside from the seat rails above. Cons: Cheap sewn on nylon zipper pull, single clip design. I wish it had one on each side for more secure mounting and adjustability. TLDR: I'm happy with the price I paid, size, and quality. I would buy this again.

The quality of the product seems very good and it seems thick and durable and not cheaply ...
Got the small size and it fits well under my Trek 7.3 hybrid bike, even with the seat in the forward most position, and maybe sticks out half an inch to an inch as in the photo. It is just large and long enough to hold a galaxy s4 smartphone with a case on it, and I could probably get a spare tube, small co2 inflator, and spare cartridge along with a multitool and car keys in there as well to cover basic necessities to help with a flat. The quality of the product seems very good and it seems thick and durable and not cheaply made at all. The slot to put a rear light on does point downward sharply, which is a bit annoying, but it still seems visible, or you can attach it directly underneath the bag on the seat tube as well. I do wish the plastic clip that you loop through the underside of the seat to secure it had the clip on either side of the seat instead of on the top of the bag, as it makes it very difficult to tighten fully and clip so that it sits snugly directly below the seat and not hanging down an inch or so. By the time you shorten the adjustable portion of the clip all the way, you have no room to work to connect it underneath the seat as the bag is in the way. Having the fixed portion of the clip on the side would make this way easier, but once you get adjusted properly its secure, and the velcro strap that goes around the seat tube seems secure as well. Great size for bare necessities that will also fit a modern smartphone and a few other essentials, without being bulky or overkill.

Small but Mighty Saddle Bag Saves the Day (and My Snacks!)
Let's be honest, bike rides are awesome, but they can also be hangry-inducing. That's why I'm obsessed with this little seat bag I picked up recently. It's the perfect size for stashing essentials like my phone, keys, and most importantly, a granola bar or two. Plus, it's got these nifty reflective bits that make me feel way safer cruising around at dusk. Speaking of safety, this bag totally saved the day during my last adventure. I hit a rough patch on a trail and ended up flying over the handlebars (don't judge, we all have wipeouts!). My phone went bouncing across the dirt, but guess what? This bag held on tight. Not a scratch on my phone, and my snacks were still perfectly intact. So yeah, if you're looking for a small, reliable saddle bag that won't weigh you down, check this one out. It's a lifesaver (and a snack saver) for sure!

Update!! Seems to be Well made. Easy to install.
I decided to order a medium size pouch instead of a small. I am so glad I did. The size seems to be smaller than what I expected. The material seems to be durable and it fits perfectly under my bike seat. I can fit my spare inner tube box, and my mini multi tool in the bag no room for anything else. However how well it stands up when I am riding only time will tell. I just installed it 3 days ago. It's been several months since I purchased this item. I recommend buying this item. The price and the material is well made. Don't expect to store a lot in this pouch. Its good for a compact tool, spare inner tube or you can just hold a small or medium size phone. I changed 4 stars to 5 stars.

Buy the large if you want to store anything but tools.
I love this bag. It tucks neatly under my saddle and holds my multi tool, a spare 700x35 tube, pressure gage and patch kit...and not one thing more. I have the medium and if my tire pump wasn't frame mounted, I'd have had to return it for a large. I despise the strap system. It leverages all the wrong areas and attaches at the most inconvenient places and has 8x more strap than there needs to be on one strap and barely enough on the other. It's to the point that if I'm worried about the contents of the bag being stolen, I take them out individually rather than bother taking the bag off. For these reason alone I may try a lower rated bag that has a clip and velcro mount system simply for the ability to take the bag off without a struggle putting it back on. The zipper catches at the corners and you are never going to get it open with one hand. It may sound like a negative review, but I do like this bag AS A TOOL BAG that never leaves my bike. If you want a bag you have to access regularly or take on and off, look elsewhere.

Bag itself is good. Rear Velcro too long for 27.2mm seatposts
Review is the BV Bicycle Y-Series Strap-On Bike Saddle Bag - Large. PROS: The bag itself is quite decent in my opinion. Design and materials are far better than the ones used on similar products from different brands. Build quality isn’t bad either but with the exception of the rear Velcro (See CONS). Arranged strategically (by my expert packer wife), these are the items we managed to fit comfortably in the Large bag; two 700x32 tubes, two 16g C02 cartridges, a Zeppelin C02 inflator, two tire levers, a multi-tool, a mini bike hand pump, a thin battery pack the size of an iPhone 5S, an iPhone charger cable, my asthma inhaler, an Altoid Tin Can sized container stuffed with first-aid/cash/keys and a mini Swiss army knife. Yes, it’s a little overkill and at 2.75 lbs., the bag filled with these items is on the heavy side. CONS: Rear Velcro for the seatpost! It was stitched with the buckle side too far out that you can actually wrap that side alone around the seatpost (27.2mm in my case). This prevents it from having a snug fit. For the Velcro to latch properly it has to be loosened to a point where you can wedge a finger between the post and the strap. It’s analogous to a person with a 29-Inch waist trying wear a 36-inch belt. If they only stitched the same Velcro strap at the rear but with the buckle side as close as possible to the bag, this would’ve been an excellent product.

borsa sottosella
Buon prodotto, non ingombrante, sta bene sotto la sella, provato in varie uscite su sterrato e non si è allentato minimamente

Ottimo in ogni condizione meteo
Recensione onesta e senza sponsorizzazioni!!!

Excellent
Very nice under seat bag, a good size to put a few essential bits ( puncture kit etc). Great quality, the missus liked it so I had to buy another one....as the first one ended up on her mountain bike, not mine lol
