No problems with the heat level. No problems what-so-ever. It's a great gaming computer.

I bought this because my previous Alienware Aurora (7+ years old) was having all sorts of issues with network performance and graphics card glitches. After spending more money and time troubleshooting the issue, I finally decided to upgrade to this new machine. I’m really glad I did! The liquid cooling makes the machine incredibly quiet (especially compared to the “Dust Buster” air cooling solution of older models. I have thrown every modern game at this machine and it handles them all without cracking a sweat! Definitely a major improvement over my previous Alienware Aurora.

Purchased this beast for MSFS. ADDED A 2tb Samsung 990pro to empty slot and this machine with the 4070 super exceeds my ecxpectations. I’m seeing 60-70fps in ultra 4k settings. . Everything works like it’s supposed to work. I can’t understand all these people who say to stay away from this product. Highly recommend Alienware products. Once you receive the computer you must upgrade windows update to use alien command center. This machine only gets fan noise when playing extensive based graphics like it’s supposed too. Great value for money.

Massive upgrade over my “gaming laptop” that being an msi I bought nearly ten years ago. The only downside is the storage capacity, which is easily upgraded and I plan to do so soon. No issues.

Do not buy any PCs from Dell because as soon as the warranty is up not a month later the pc started crashing to OFF. When it reloads you always get a blue screen asking for repairs. Dell will not help unless you pay them a hundred and some dollars. Dell has no support and it seems that they set it up so that you HAVE to pay them. I build all of my PCs but decided to buy one...never again. You also can't install any components that aren't Dell so they really milk it for all of its unworthy products.

Update: Had to hard line the PC with a 15' line but was able to get it going. Keep in mind that the Alienware support team doesn't work evenings OR weekends so if you have an issue, your free 12 months of service mean nothing unless it happens during banking hours M-F. Horrible customer service Dell! Also, the bluetooth cuts out all the time. Bottomline: You get a lot with this computer but it is QUITE obvious Dell cut corners on the R16. Had it less than a day before it forced an update and now says "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your pin again." But it won't connect to the internet and won't let me bypass anything. Most expensive paperweight I have ever owned. Wth Dell......

This is one great computer, for what it has the value is good. My granddaughter needed a fast computer to run her VR Quest 3 and this one does it well, the speed is very fast. It was very easy to setup. Flashes different colors.

Had to send back to Dell to replace liquid cooling fan and whatever else after 5 months. Cross of fingers, I have 6 more payments SMH.

Amazing machine. Happy with this choice.

The computer as its specified works as intended however Alienware as a Company cannot be more scummy. This computer was listed as on a deep discount for 3,023.99 CDN on black Friday, once the sale was over the fixed price shifted down to 3,099.99 CDN The computer comes pre-loaded with "Killer Control Center" a bandwidth monitoring software that just ruins upload and download speeds. Webpages took a solid 1.5-2 secs to load, Sea of Thieves would not work because it requires an internet connection to Xbox Live services that the software would deem un-necessary. Delete this program first!! no idea who or why this would ever come pre-installed and turned on.

This was well reviewed online and had everything I needed. Slightly more expensive than on the Dell website but still very nice. Great silent computer barely noticeable noise, an immediate upgrade from my old rog Strix laptop. And I can finally render things I need in high quality
