I've been using the bubble plant-based dye for over a year now, and I love it because it's gentler on my hair. I dyed my hair about five days ago, and the coverage is impressive. Typically, I avoid dyeing my hair during the winter months, from November to the end of April, so I usually experience quite a bit of growth. However, as you can see in the video, my hair is well-covered. The color lasts around four to six weeks for me.

I had low expectations for this product because it seemed too good to be true. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised that it actually worked! FYI, I don't have all gray hair. I only have to cover my roots, of which I would say less than 15% is gray. But it covered it! As others mentioned, no English directions so you have to look them up online. Also I need to say the commercial I saw on this product was very misleading- it would have you believe that the product is clear, you don't have to wear gloves and that it's just like shampooing your hair. All FALSE. The product is a mixture of colored dye, which will stain your skin, and a yellowish-clear substance. You need to wear gloves or the colored part will stain your hands. You put it in your hair and sort of "shampoo" it in, and then you have to leave it in for 20-30 minutes. Also another note of warning and why I took off one star: my scalp felt like it was stinging/burning, the product also smelled like bleach and after I rinsed it out, my hair felt extremely dry and brittle, like straw. Given all that, I'm just not sure how safe this product is. I did use lots of conditioner, so my hair ended up feeling normal, very soft. I used the "dark brown," which another review said had a reddish tint to it. I would have to agree, although the red tint was VERY subtle on me, and I actually like it. All in all, I was happy with the results because my gray was gone :)

This product gets a 3-star rating. It was supposed to be chemical-free, but it caused my scalp and back to itch. While the color was rich and long-lasting, the irritation it caused made it unusable for me. Pros: Rich, long-lasting color Easy to apply Cons: Caused scalp irritation Not truly chemical-free

This does not work at all. I’ve used tinted shampoo in the past and expected at least the same. This product does not color/ tint your hair at all. Bad lurch
