Very good, these doesn't upset my stomac

I’ve been taking this magnesium plus ashwagandha supplement for a short time and so far I’m pleased with it. It’s good value for money, especially as you get 120 capsules, which lasts a decent amount of time when taking two capsules a day. The capsules are easy to swallow compared to tablets, which is a big plus for me. I take them in the evening and they do seem to help me relax and unwind, and I feel that my sleep has been a bit better since starting them. It’s still too early to say how effective it will be long term, but based on my experience so far, I’m happy with the product and would give it four stars.

These are brilliant, didn’t work the first week but the 2nd made such a difference. I have a stressful job and due to being tired all the time I didn’t feel I was functioning. My 2nd week of taking them I got a restful sleep I woke up feeling ready for the day normally I felt groggy, most days I couldn’t even remember my drive to work until I arrived. I’m more mentally switched on with these gummies. And challenges at work don’t feel as major as they once did.

I’ve been using this magnesium for almost a month now, and I can honestly say I’ve noticed a real difference. I started taking it because I was struggling with sleep and muscle cramps, and I wasn’t sure if it would actually help—but it really has! My sleep feels deeper, and I wake up less during the night. The muscle cramps I used to get, especially after long days, are pretty much gone. What I also like is that it’s gentle on my stomach (some other magnesium supplements upset me), and it doesn’t have a weird aftertaste. I take it in the evening with a glass of water, and it’s become part of my nightly routine. If you’re thinking about trying magnesium, I definitely recommend giving this one a go. It’s made a difference for me!
