Are these machine washable?

I strongly suggest washing them by hand in cold water. If you launder use the cold cycle. If you want them to last longer. They say you can wash them, but after 3 times in warm water utilizing the machine, they lost their purpose. I purchased a pack of 3, so the other two are and have been fine. It has been 3 months or so now.

Why use anorexic leg models for sox for swollen legs

Are these good for arthritis?

They may be helpful in relieving some of the pain of arthritis when wearing them, but they certainly won't cure the arthritis. It probably depends upon the level of pain you are experiencing. I've found that these socks have lighter compression compared to other brands that I use which supposedly have the same 20-30mmHG compression.

I only received 2 pairs of socks in my order. How can I receive my third pair?

I'd probably contact the merchant who sold them. Failing that, contact Amazon.
