Vaydeer Metal Time Lock Box, Phone Lock Box with Timer for Focus & Wellness

My favorite little contraption thus far! My kids have specified phone times so when their time is up for the day, they put their phone inside of the case. You can set the number of days, hours and minutes that you want the case to stay locked and it works wonderfully! I had to emergency unlock it one time and I absolutely love how you have to go online and get a code then enter it into the box in order to unlock it. Pressing some buttons on the box would be too easy for my kids to figure out. They can charge their phones through a small hole in the side that fits all 3 charging cords and when that case locks, it’s not coming back open until the time is up! The price was worth it and it’s very well made. The only thing that I wish was different would be if I could set the time that the box should open up instead of having to do the math for how many hours it would be until the box is allowed to unlock.

great for saving money, only unfortunate thing is if you need whatever you have locked up its only free the first time to get it unlocked

Works as described, fair warning you only get 1 free attempt to unlock it, if you do decide to use it keep this in mind that the first unlock is free, any additional ones will charge you a small fee. I got the medium size and it’s very durable as well and not cheaply made

So far it has worked flawless. Son decided to sneak out one night so now his keys go in the lockbox before bed. He leaves early for school activities so it unlocks before he leaves and my sleep isn’t disturbed.

If you're trying to kick a habit or an addiction, forget it! This company offers a service where you can pay $20 to get a code to unlock the box. That in fact defeats the entire purpose of kicking a habit or addiction. If you ask me, this company takes advantage of habitual people because they know they'll keep paying to have the box opened. I must have paid $100 by now to have it opened a handful of times. They quite literally could sell the product for a dollar knowing they'd make all their money back with their unlocking service. I recommend buying another product where you can't open it after it locks, unless you use a hammer and chisel.

Works. My kids tried to break into and couldn’t! So there’s that!

I like that they give you a code in case you need to break in for an emergency even though I have never used it but all in all it’s super easy to use and is great for habit breaking

i think its great 20 bucks to open if you change your mind.PEOPLE were mad that it cost them 20 bucks to decide to talk on the phone or eat more nuggets

Excellent if you, like me, have no self control when it's time to study! Really helps to have my phone somewhere where I can't see it too. Simple to set up, and the safety net of two power sources a code if I desperately need to get in is good. Quality feels good, and its padded inside so I know my phone is safe even if i move it around

This lockbox is wonderful. Easy to use and has cut my phone use down. I can finally focus. If you’re thinking about it I would recommend!

It’s fantastic. The dimensions are there in the product listing, and I’d say they are accurate. However, it appears so much bigger in real life! Also, it beeps loudly when the timer is up. Only other thing I’d say is that it says it works on USB-C power — it does, but only if plugged in? Didn’t seem like it held a charge so to speak at all and was easier to just power it with 4 x AA batteries.
