I bought this to give my granddaughter at her upcoming bridal shower. She was born on the same day as her great grandmother so there is an unusual bond between the two. I have an old sewing machine of my mother's and some of her sewing items. I want to put the sewing items in the display box and give to her along with the sewing machine to make a heirloom display. The display box was the perfect size for what I needed and I am sure the items are going to look so attractive when I put them in the box.

They are not cheap which is why I knocked them a star, but they are very well made. The firs tone I bought came cracked. After contacting the manufacturer and sending a photo, they shipped me a replacement. They were prompt and hassle-free (thanks AMAZON!) The cases come triple boxed and wrapped. The acrylic is very clear and fits snuggly onto the base. I used it to display my 1/32 scale P40-F and it fits and looks great! If you can afford these, they are a very good product.

Purchased this chessboard while on vacation in Sorrento, Italy from a fine arts store of inlaid wood and brass chess pieces. I wanted to be able to display it without having to constantly dust it and also be able to play the game with easy access and this display case is perfect for what I wanted! Looks nice but it's just cheep plastic with a thin plexiglass case. Measure large because the nuts used eliminate 2 inches on each side for avaliable space inside the case. Not worth the money. Very disappointed!

This is an excellent product for those looking to protect their book collections at a reasonable price! Do note it is not airtight but will prevent any cross contamination from treated books. I will be buying again in the future 🙂
