Meets my needs very well.
I just purchased a Raspberry Pi 5 hotspot that needed a power supply. This had all the functionality recommended - proper voltage and enough amperage to supply the needs of the hotspot. It now runs 24/7 and I haven't had any problems with it.

Maybe I got unlucky but has failed to power a bare naked Pi(no HAT, no camera etc)
Honestly, I’m not sure why I didn’t return this and I’m just now thinking about the fact that I could’ve just gotten a lemon… but so many people say the name brand charger is the way to go so I just figured mine was ‘par for the course’. It literally has failed to boot any of my pi 5s, yet the official one has no problem booting a pi 5 with ai hat+ 2, every usb in use, etc….
