I had been taking melatonin tablets for a while and that wasn't helping so I decided to take it in liquid form. The taste is not bad and I didn't face any side effects. I take these drops half an hour before sleeping and it puts me to sleep within the next 30 minutes. I wake up feeling fresh and energetic which never happened before.

I don’t usually put reviews but I had to for this one! I have I’ve been using these melatonin drops for about three weeks now, and I can honestly say they’ve made a difference in my sleep routine. I like that it’s in liquid form because I can control the exact dose. At times I just take half if I need a lighter effect. The taste is mild, not too sweet or artificial, which is a big plus since the ones I’ve tried in the past didn’t taste good which was one of the reasons I couldn’t continue them. Within about 20–30 minutes of taking it, I start feeling naturally drowsy instead of groggy, and I’ve been falling asleep faster. I also notice I don’t wake up as often in the middle of the night. It took a few nights to find the right dose for me, but once I figured that out, it’s been really smooth.

This is an honest review. I found Healeo’s Melatonin Sleep Drops to be highly effective in regulating my sleep patterns and improving the quality of my rest. As I am working in night shift it’s difficult to sleep at day time! But the melatonin content helps me fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly, even on stressful nights.

The recommended dose is 20ml which gets you sleepy pretty fast but you'll feel stonned next day, if reduce dose, it doesn't work. I also bought 10mg melatonin tablet and I found them better than liquid. But this works faster and taste is also good.
